I have stayed in many hotels over the years but i have never been treated so well as i am here. The managers reception is almost the best part. Actually having Randi the manager attend to the managers reception is the best part. She is probably the most down to earth caring human being i have ever had the pleasure to meet. She takes care of everyone, and if she is not then Yvonne is. Both the ladies are fantastic. I cannot forget to mention how clean this hotel is. Very clean and well put together November 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay I visited Omaha for business and was very pleased to have stayed in the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Cherry Hills. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well as quiet. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We held our conference in their conference room and the internet access was sufficient and the staff checked in periodically to assure everything was OK. Overall, very happy with this stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service I would recommend increasing your temperature in the pool. The pool was very cold. The hot tub had to many people in it trying to warm up. Also, the selection of food choices would be helpful if you could label which foods are gluten free. You have a commercial out there stating your focus on all types of allergies, however, nothing is label, so I did not know what was ok to eat or not. Also, there needs to be a better way to check in and out when you pay for a night and use points. The first night we used our points. When we tried to use our keys the next day, we were looked out since they checked us out. It was an inconvenience process. October 27, 2015

Truly cannot think of a way to improve our stay here. Staff was informative, warm and friendly. A welcoming smile after a full day on the road. Check out was a breeze and again met with a genuine smile. Keep up the good work. We'll see you on our next visit. October 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by quick stop for the night room was clean and comfortable, staff was inviting, building looked safe and presentable, parking was ok ----- access to the motel little to be desired ---- only problem i had was the other guests standing around in front of the coffee pot making a career out of a piece of toast.
