This was not the type of room I had requested when reserving online. All services have deteriorated over the course of time that I have stayed here. October 27, 2014

The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The reservations and rooms were always ready and this made for a smooth weekend that was otherwise hectic. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly pleased.... It has been many years since I stayed in a Holiday Inn, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was greeted warmly by the staff working the front desk on a Friday evening, and had 0 problems with check in from my online reservation (which other hotels seem to have difficulty with at times). They were incredibly helpful answering all of my questions not only about the hotel itself, but local dining as well (a very nice touch, as I wasn't familiar with the area). The room was fantastic, white comforters and sheets (which many hotels seem to avoid for fear of keeping them clean) on a very comfortable and spacious bed. New TV, and refrigerator more than met my needs. There was also a binder in the room that contained a letter from hotel management, and a list of area attractions and local dining (though as I mentioned, front desk had that covered), it was well organized and up to date, a very nice touch. The restroom was very clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. The breakfast selection in the lobby was awesome, plenty of variety not just in food but also in beverage (something I've found other places pay lip service to). Check out was a snap, and I was warmly thanked for my stay and invited back. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would not only return but gladly recommend to anyone. October 21, 2014
