I will definately look for another HOliday Inn Express with our next overnight and choose it if the value is there. August 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay, excellent service, CLEAN If I could change the font on this review to a larger size I would make the word CLEAN as large as possible. You just cant beat staying at a hotel that is crisp and clean. The front desk employees were more than friendly. The Manager brought my children some books and 2 kid friendly IPAD/Tablets that she has from her own children (we were waiting for my husband to pick us up and my children were restless) The front desk girl also brought me a coffee since I had my hands full with my family. You just don't find personal service like this. I am beyond pleased with our stay August 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Party next door, didn't get to sleep until 4am Unfortunately there was a group of young folks next door with the intentions of visiting loudly all night. Complained at 10:30, then at 1, then went down to the desk at 3:15 begging for something to be done. Finally things quieted down. Asked for a 2 pm checkout (which is standard for priority club platinum members), and was told 1 was the latest and we would be charged for another night for any minute that we stayed over. Apparently the owners of this property aren't interested in return good customers. We did get the room comped, thank you for that. Sorry so negative, I feel it wasn't all the staff's issues, maybe more management...not sure. August 5, 2014
