We arrived early on Friday afternoon and our room was ready, however, after entering we realized that the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Neither me nor my companion felt like we could stay in the room and we were quickly accommodated by the desk staff to another room, without any smoke residue. We were very pleased at their prompt response. Also, on Sunday morning, two of the main streets were closed due to resurfacing but the desk provided us with maps on how to leave the area by another, less convenient but workable, route. That was very helpful. The area is one of businesses, but there are many restaurant choices and shopping within a few blocks of the hotel. A map may be necessary for venturing out but it's worth the trouble. October 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Look around! Holiday Inn has better rooms in Omaha We enjoy staying in Holiday Inn Express but they have let this one "slip by". Their other Hotels are very good and we prefer to stay in them when we travel. When we stay in their other hotels we feel "Safe" and enjoy the rooms for their comfort and cleanliness. The Breakfast in the other inns have more selections and the place to eat is much more appetizing. The other locations have a parking lot that has plenty of good lighting and again you experience a hotel property that is "up to Holiday Inn Standards". October 2, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bad housekeeping Ive stayed at many a Holiday inn both in the USA and in Mexico, this was by far the worst housekeeping, I stayed sunday night through Thursday, sometimes I would not get replacement towels, other times I would not get a fresh bag to put ice in! was a quick sweep of the room and they was gone... also had asked for a late check out the night before I was to leave, asked again at front desk to confirm I had a late check out, showed up at 12:15 with housekeeping in my room asking me when I was going to be checking out... seemed to be a lack of communication between the front desk and the housekeeping staff!!
