Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Choice Our room was very nice (2 Queen bed/suite). We had 4 adults and 2 children for an overnight in Omaha. The room was clean and had enough space for all of us, the bathroom is a little small but worked out. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. We are planning a trip for next year and will stay here again! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel for a difficult trip. My family was in town for our grandson who was at the hospital. Our stay was cut short when he passed. However, the hotel staff was very kind and understanding during this difficult time and we appreciate their efforts very much. Next time we're in Omaha, we will definitely be staying here. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Front Desk Staff I was visiting Thursday July 31st and checked out the next day. I sat in the lobby doing some work on my laptop for about 3 hours from 7PM to 10PM. The young gentlemen did an outstanding job serving all the guests during that time. I don't know his name. He was polite, accommodating, knowledgeable about the area including restaurants and site-seeing. He knew about all the Holiday Inn policies and explained everything clearly. There are were several customers that were difficult to deal with and he did amazing job diffusing the situation and helping them resolve their issues. There were drop-in customers that were surprised by the high price and he pitched a great overview of the hotel and he ended up wining their business. Holiday Inn has definitely sold more rooms because they had him at the front desk. I travel on a regular bases and have encountered more hotel staff than I care to mention but this guy definitely impressed me. Please feel free to contact me for more information. August 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service When we first arrived the front desk lady was rude. Then I asked to speak with a manager. T J was very nice and got us the room we had booked. We stayed 5 days and it was great!! We came back two weeks later and stayed 2 nights. That stay was also great!! Thank you T J, you ROCK!!!!! We normally dont stay in this brand of hotel, but glad we did. August 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by off beaten path Hotel parking lot was hard to get into; you don't understand the second entryway is for the hotel and you don't have to go through the restaurant parking lot. it looked not a great area to stay. the sirens going by were frequent. had to use a paperclip to hold the blinds shut to have room completely dark. yes the room is updated but the building is dated. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast & Wi-Fi? The breakfast was poorly operated. Every day from 7:00-7:30 they were out of most items. The famous cinnamon rolls were undercooked and hard. Milk was often form a quart jug and not individual cartons. Wi-Fi was strong and fast but throttled badly: I could not access a 10 MB file as the Wi-Fi kept stopping the download after 7 MBs. Luckily I noticed the data port on the wall and it was still active and this solved the download issue. July 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 My Stay at HIE Everything was outstanding. The staff was excellent. The facility was clean and well maintained. Pets are allowed at this location. I do not have a pet. But I have never been inconvenienced or seen any wear and tear on the property caused by pets. Allowing pets at this location has never caused any problems for me. I think you should continue to allow pets. July 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay, just make sure you're not next to the ice machine. The hotel was easy to find, the parking lot was brightly lit and safe. Everything looked really nice and welcoming. The room was clean and well decorated. Could have used a bathroom vent. Seemed like the hotel was full that night but for the most part, the guests respected the quiet hours posted. Unfortunately our room was right next to the ice machine and it seemed like it went off every 20 minutes. I wish I had noticed that when we checked in and asked for a room change. July 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Experience My stay at the Holiday Inn was positive. It was centrally located for our purposes. There is a restaurant within walking distance which was very convenient. The only thing I can think of is the access to the parking lot from eastbound Dodge Ave. You have to go to the next light and double back in a strange manner. July 9, 2014

At this one they just changed their policy and do not give a free bottle of water to Rewards Customers, unless there are at the TOP. This was a great feature for tired guests arriving. The hotel was very good and very accommodating for our Doctor Visit. It was a little difficult to find but well worth the stay. Victor at the Desk and other staff members were very friendly and helpful. I liked their choice of pillows for the bed. One wish would be that you could turn the air conditioner fan on and let it run, instead of it just kicking on and off. Other Holiday Inn Express had this feature. There are plenty of places to order food and have delivered, if you so desire. A- Overall July 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing service! My daughter and I were traveling with her one and three year old girls. We arrived in town later than expected and thus were running late for our evening event. When we got to the hotel we were out of milk for the baby. The desk staff gave us a very cordial welcome upon which I asked if they had milk we could give the baby. One of the clerks checked us in while the second ran and got two cartons of milk and some yogurt for the baby. Then seeing we had our hands full of girls and suitcases, one of the clerks took our suitcases to our room for us. The staff happily let us use the dining overflow room for our extended family to use for visiting while we were there. It was like this for our whole stay. They were cheerful and went out of their way for us. We will stay there the next time we need lodging in Omaha. July 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay was worth it Superior front desk service...room was spacious and clean...comfortable bed and pillows...in-room Wi-Fi was working well...television had a decent selection of stations that should please most...breakfast bar was the standard for Holiday Inn-Express BUT this location's service was outstanding...the breakfast bar attendant was constantly providing fresh, warm items while keeping the "cold" items, well, cold...the breakfast area was clean and sanitary...this is a nice place to stay! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast At the same time we were there, a baseball team, their parents, and coaches were also there. Estimating there were 45 people associated with the team. They inhaled the breakfast food so fast the attendant had trouble keeping up but did a great job. Don't know her name but she should receive a medal. June 16, 2014

Will return there again in September for business. Enjoyed breakfast items, especially fruit and nuts for oatmeal. Wish, overall, that Holiday Inn Express would have more variety with egg preparation. Also suggest some type of evening snack offering, or drink option. June 15, 2014
