We always stay at this hotel when my husband has his doctor appointments, and we have not been disappointed. The staff is also wonderful and very accommodating. I enjoy the breakfast, and the number of choices we have. We sometimes go swimming and use the hot tub, but we did not this time.

Excellent staff Mary runs a very good hotel with wonderful people they go the extra mile for there guests.
Thank to the guys closing for going the extra mile and getting that cork screw for out meeting.

The staff was very nice as well as professional. The room was clean, but dated.
the real issue was that the walls are so thin that you hear every door close and early departure(4am) for the airport

I like staying at Holiday Inn because the majority of the properties are very consistent. This property is poorly located with only one way in or out on a busy street. If you are approaching from west to east you can't even turn in and must pass the hotel and drive several blocks to get turned around.
The lot in front of the hotel is open and vacant and makes the hotel look like a vacant property. Property is being remodeled. Pool closed.......
The cable TV was out and for two of three nights you could only get one or two channels. When I contacted the front desk their response "wow, the cox cable guys are staying here you would think they would have it fixed by now".
Lastly, this survey is not IPAD friendly.

We had a problem with the TV in our room. It worked the 1st evening then quit. It wouldn't come back on on day 2nd. So that evening we contacted the front desk night manager and he was at our room within 2 minutes. He reset the TV and gave us rewards points for the inconvenience. What great customer service.
