I came in late at night and recieved my room (without any sheets on the bed). I went down to get another room and when I went to hang my clothes in the new room- no clothes rack. I woke up the next morning and needed to use the rest room - no TP. Then to take a shower-no towels. I called room service to get towels and TP, they showed up so I took a shower. I didn't realize that the 3 towels deleiverd were actually floor mats! (no washcloth was included). Asking the manager for help was like asking for the sun to set in the east. All he could say was that "you know that we are under construction". Yes, I could see that and understand that could cause a few issues,, but no TP and only floor mats to dry off with? I checked out a day early and was promised 15,000 pts for my trouble. Guess what, no points have been added. Looks like I'm finally ready to go to your competitor. First, I must state that the hotel was having floor remodeling at the time of my visit. A lot of this may seem trivial, but important to this 4-5 nights a week traveler. More convenient entrance door locks were inopporalive, so the main front was the only door available. Elevators and stairwells were dirty. Pool and spa were posted "out of order", yet staff said all was ok, caution tape blocked hallway to them and fitness room. Room was clean, but closet shelf/hangar rack was loose on wall, hangars did not fit rod, falling on floor with clothes. Shower curtain rod was loose, drooping, and curtain ripped at most rod holes. Fridge rocked, unleveled. Floor crew seemed "bothered" with my presence, yet I've been in the construction business for 38 years, and know how to work with remodeling crews. It would've been good to know of remodeling on website, less of a shock if chosen, but I think this was an isolated situation, with perhaps an unaware hotel manager and inferior contractor choice.

Hotel was under remodel. Works were loud, hanging out in the hallways and up all night bring extremly loud!!! The front desk lady was very rude and needs to learn customer service. I'm sn ihg member and I was less than impressed! Amenities were all closed and not able to use. No one told us about the construction going on when we booked and it was not stated on there website!!

I booked a room thru the IHG Group website, the room was a King Jacuzzi suite, I arrived at the Hotel and checked in some of the property is still under renovation but they still manage to keep up the appearance during this, the Staff greeted me and checked me in quickly, I went up to my room and this is where it fell apart, the room door was propped open so we entered with caution. the room was still under construction. there was no furniture the bathtub was full of construction materials and tools. we left the room and went down to the desk to let the staff know, they had a look of disappointment as this has happened before. they only had a room with a king bed that they offered me for 5.00 less than my Jacuzzi suite. at this point we asked for help to call other Holiday inns and find a comparable room and none were available, so we chose not to stay and drove back home, not the valentines day I was planning for me and my wife. Still not sure if this was a Holiday inn express issue or an IHG problem but there is a lack of communication between them on rooms available.

Granted, this motel is undergoing a major renovation. There were some problems with my rooms. In the first one, the heat went out. I was promptly changed to a room across the hall. In the second room, the phone did not work. It was promptly switched out with a working phone.
The manager gave me a king bed and Jacuzzi room my last night. When I initially checked in, my room wasn't ready because the construction crew had just completed their work. The maintenance man finished up the few things that needed to be done and vacuumed the room as well.
These folks are doing their best to see everything works for their guests under trying circumstances. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and accommodating to me.
The beds were extremely comfortable. If I'm ever in Omaha again, this would be my top choice for a place to stay. GREAT STAFF!!!

this hotel was under renovation and was a bit challenging because of workers, doors open, cold weather, and overall noise associated with construction. also any area under construction was not able to be used. our room had been worked on but was not finished. once completed this hotel should be ok

Hotel under renovation and should not have been open. Lobby was dusty, unpainted. Room was dusty, unfinished, no base boards, exposed wires, no closet rod to hang clothes. Elevator was out. Also was unsafe, clutter in stairways. Workers cutting metal door in way of guests.
