Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall experience The Manager was outstanding. He was most caring about our comfort. The pullout sofa bed had not been made up and he came up personally to make it and ask if there was anything else we needed. He even deducted $30.00 from our bill. The clerk at the desk "googled" maps for us as we were not familiar with the area. She cared that we got to our destinations. We were in town for our brother's wake and services. Also helped us find a local Church on Easter Morning. We are regular customers at the Holiday Inn Express, just because of what we received and we will continue to be. Between the five of us, we had two rooms. My son and husband shared a room., while my daughter, sister-in-law and I shared another. We had comfortable beds and the bathroom was so roomy. We will be traveling to Kaukauna, Wi. in June. Hopefully we can find a Holiday Inn Express. April 6, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed The front desk staff was very good, hospitable, and nice! But , I'm very upset with housekeeping, who threw out stuff that was not garbage. (NOR was it placed anywhere near the garbage#. VERY Disappointed about that. Also disappointed about the amenties in the room, specifically the microwave or lack thereof and also lack of refrigerator. Bed was also very disappointing. #I ALWAYS stay at the Holiday Inn Express when traveling, so I know what the beds at other locations are like and this was NOT up to par at all. April 3, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Highly Disappointed I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's before for business and have never had a bad experience, but this hotel was awful....... I go to brush my teeth in the morning to find that the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain. After that I took a shower which by the way is so small you can barely turn around and couldn't find the towels which they keep under the sink I found and since the sink doesn't drain where does the water go.....all over the towels. What an awful experience this was trying to get ready for an early morning meeting. For the amount that you pay for a room here the accommodations should be a little better. I am requesting a refund on this room. No one should have to pay for such bad accommodations......... February 14, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room I was put in a room that had been smoked in. I do not like when that happens. I sign a paper that says I will not smoke in the room , but they put me in a room that had been smoked in. I expect to never have this problem. January 28, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fair stay compared to other Holiday Inn Express We were unable to get hot water running in the bathroom sink even after running for a period of time. Curtains were hanging only partially. Eggs were sitting in a milky substance with an odd flavor, sausage was pale gray in color with lack of flavor and mini muffins were very dry. Priority club member and couldn't get a paper, supposedly out and it was only 8:30 a.m. with few people there. When we asked for a comment card to fill out we were told they didn't have any and the clerk at the desk had never seen one as long as she had worked there. When she was told about the food she offered us a water bottle or candy snack to pacify us. 8:30 in the a.m. ! November 19, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room small And Crowded Room was Crowded which made it hard to get around. This also made room seem smaller than it probably was. The refrigerator was non existent. So small it was useless. WORST ROOM I've Stayed in for Holiday Inns, And on my trip to and from Arizona, I stayed exclusivly at your Hotels. All Others were Excellent and Trinidad, CO. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NOT UP TO HOLIDAY INN STANDARDS I TRAVEL FREQUENTLY AND HAVE CHOOSEN HOLIDAY INN AS MY PREFERED HOTEL DUE TO THE REASONABLE COST AND CONSISTANT QUALITY. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT THIS PROPERTY IN OMAHA. UPON CHECK IN, IT WAS IMMEDIATELY APPARENT THAT THE LAST CUSTOMER HAD SMOKED IN THE ROOM AND A POOR ATTEMPT TO MASK THE SMOKE WAS MADE BY THE STAFF. WHEN I NOTIFIED THE FRONT DESK, NO OTHER ROOM WAS AVAILABLE TO MOVE ME TO. I WAS ONLY TOLD THAT SOMEONE COULD COME UP AND SPRAY SOME AIR FRESHENER. IN THE MORNING I AGAIN NOTIFIED THE FRONT DESK OF THE ISSUE SO THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT BOOKED AGAIN AS A NON-SMOKING ROOM. NO CONCESSION WAS OFFERED TO ME FOR MY UNPLEASANT STAY. HOPEFULLY THIS IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE MARK I EXPERIENCE WTH WHAT IS USUALLY A CONSISTANT HOTEL CHAIN. November 1, 2012
