Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not so good The hotel is tied looking but in the process of getting new carpet and paint. My shower/tub has a slow drain and I reported it to the front desk, and was told it would be taken care of. When I got to my room late I found the shower/tub worse that when I left the room. I had to switch rooms. January 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what you expect from the brand I am a platnum IHG member and stay in Holiday Inn Express brands quite often. I arrived at this location later I the day and the outside of the hotel looked a bit on the run down side but that does not always reflect the condition of the inside. I checked in and was given a room. I was checking the beds in the room ask always do and besides the immense amount of dust on all the surfaces there was dirty socks, dirty tee shirt, three empty soda cans, and some assorted trash. I asked for a different room and was given a newly remodeled one. This room was better but was not cleaned up well from the construction that was done in it and it was missing keys things like a closet with a rack to hang clothes and a phone. I spoke with MOD and he seemed a bit put out that i was not happy. I will definitely seek out a new location next time I am in Omaha. January 19, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Facility needs updated. As a Priority Club member, I should have been offered the option of a 'goodie' bag or 300 extra points...I was not. We were told that breakfast was at 6am, but it was not; it was at 7. No space around bathroom sink to set much of anything. Room fronted on a noisy road. December 17, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cannot believe this is a Holiday Inn Express I get used to HIE hotels being new or updated. This hotel is neither of those. It's very outdated and my room was cramped. I couldn't get the wifi to work and it took about 15 minutes to get hot water in the tiny shower. I won't stay here again. November 8, 2014
