Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One day stay became two due to weather I have stayed here on a number of occasions. I come back because my first stay was memorable - an eight day stay due to a snowstorm late in a planned four day stay. I was treated well, and enjoyed giving back by helping them serving customers needs too. This time weather played a factor to "an extended stay" of two days vs one. Again, I felt they exceeded my expectations. Tasha and her team are great. I planned a meeting in June during my stay, and met a new meeting event coordinator. Look forward to future stays in Omaha, all will be at this HIE!!! February 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice room but not so good breakfast. The staff that was working the night shift and day shift were very professional and helpful. The hotel advertises breakfast until 9:30 a.m and I showed up at 9:12 a.m but most of the hot food was already gone and not being restocked. The lady working the breakfast bar had no idea how to fix the pancake machine and wasted six bags of batter. February 5, 2014
