Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable and quiet we go to Omaha every 3 to 4 months and stay at this holiday inn whenever we go! we just love the service and hospitality here!! we have been staying at this location for the last 3 to 4 years and maybe longer. it was new when we first found it. the customer service has always been above and beyond! it is nice to see the same faces time after time. we love the quietness of this location - it is by far the best in town!! While I understand that at times conditions occur that are totally out of the hotel's control even those few items that they could have managed they didn't. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that I've stayed at this property many times over the past 3 1/2 years and I am at a loss at to why - even with several requests - the hotel staff wasn't more interested in attempting to manage the concerns. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Christmas in Omaha Staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel was tastefully decorated for the Holidays and which gave it a homier atmosphere. Pillows weren't the greatest but as there were many of them, that made up for lack of quality. I would January 8, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Review Of the different Holiday Inn's we stayed at during our family visits back to Iowa and Nebraska, all were acceptable. The last stay in Omaha was the best. Upon a toilet problem, broken handle and would not stop running, the problem was resolved very quickly and very politely. The cleaning or maid service Sunday morning was extremely bad though. A lot of loud, very loud communications between two of them that it woke us up. It went on for several minutes. All else was very good. Thank you for that. December 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff The staff at this hotel goes beyond expectation to be helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to stay there. Only thing I wish could be changed is shampoo/ hair conditioner bottles. It's a challenge to get it out of bottle ! Also why no guest receptions on weekend? People do business on weekends as well as week days and need to unwind! December 26, 2015
