Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable Hotel I had a nice relaxing time in Omaha and not having issues at the hotel helped to increase the relaxation. If there are changes that could be made, I would like to see the semi trailer out of the parking lot to ensure easier parking for customers, a time in the pool/hot tub area that is just adults. Your pool room closes to all at 10pm, but it would be nice if from 10 until 11 or 12 pm would be open to just adults. I have children and appreciate the availability for them to swim, but would also like to spend a little relaxing time w/out them if I wanted. The last thing I would like to see is a choice of places to order in from in the local area in your hotel room book. I had to use my phone to look up a local pizza place to order supper in. My experience with Holiday Inn Express has always been the same. A clean room with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. A breakfast with a variety of choices to please my entire family.
