What a nice hotel. We enjoyed the happy hour, the breakfast, the comfy beds, and when a blizzard came through, it was nice to know we had a room for an extra night in case we needed to stay. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and made to feel like very important guests. I don't think I've ever received that level of service from any other hotel. Great staff!
It was quiet and restful and the breakfast was outstanding.
Well done Holiday Inn!

When I visit Omaha on business, I always stay at the Holiday Omaha West location. The hotel is great and the stall is positive and out standing. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like everything about the property; location, staff, price. BUT, I have stayed 4 seperate times and each time have had MAJOR problems with their internet. When I am on my email, each time I send an email, open an email, file an email, etc.; I get logged off. The front desk has put me in touch with their tech support who has me change settings, but nothing works. It is impossible for me to work, so I cannot stay at this location.
I always stay at Holiday Inn Select; I am on the road rougly 30 weeks a year and am a Platinum member. I have never experienced this problem at another location.

We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and though we know what to expect, we were still very, very pleased with our night stay. This was also the first time we've had our dog with us in a hotel (small breed) and she was also warmly welcomed. The complimentary breakfast is the usual HIE fare, but the room was much nicer than many other breakfast rooms we've used. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property twice...both at Christmas time. The staff is always polite, even though they have to work the holidays. They also respect our wishes and provide us with extra pillows when asked.
We do not eat there as our daughter lives in Omaha so our meals are provided at her house.
The ONLY complaint we could even begin to have is that we were there during the blizzard and the streets from the property to Center St (a short block) was very bad for several days. Their parking lot was also very snowy for our entire week's stay. We think they (and the other businesses in that block) should pay either the city or a private business to take better care of the street
Otherwise, great property and wonderful people..

Front desk staff,, including sales manager, were extremely friendly, as well as helpful - restaurant recommendation, based on our specific desires, was excellent - made our one-night stay in Omaha a very enjoyable experience - we will stay here every year when we travel thru Omaha!

We are always treated like family when we stay here. Alicia and all the people at the front desk make us feels so welcome. We can have our little Maltese stay here with us. I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone.

The motel is in an excellent area. It's quiet with several food and shopping facilities within walking distance. This was my second stay there & I definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was more money than I usually like to spend, but the accommodations and location were excellent. Seeing seven deer on the berm out front on Saturday night was a nice treat. I have to say, though the best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were outstanding! Great job everyone and thank you!

This hotel was very nice and appeared to be recently remodeled. The beds were great and everything smelled fresh and clean. The free breakfast and happy hours were nice social events and saved us some money. It also is located very near to services and restaurants. A great place to stay in Omaha.
