Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Place for Teens The hotel staff, particularly Tom, showed very little professionalism, friendliness, or hospitality when he accused my room of being loud and threatened to kick us out of the hotel when we were simply brushing our teeth. It was clear that he didn't want us staying at his hotel. I had some teens with me and so the hotel staff assumed that my teens were making the noise that they were hearing complaints about even though there were other teens staying in the hotel who weren't even in their rooms. Tom's rudeness definitely tarnishes the reputation of the Holiday Inn brand. The morning staff, Cheryl, was difficult to work with and didn't want to move our room until we asked several times and she never apologized for the inconvenience we were facing through this situation. She tried to tell us that Tom's rudeness toward us was warranted and appropriate. I asked for a manager but Cheryl wouldn't contact one for me. The staff need training in how to treat guests, how to act and talk professionally, and how to represent all guests who stay at their hotel, not just the ones who are complaining. This stay was stressful because of having to deal with the hotel staff repeatedly. Only Logan the afternoon staff was courteous and treated us respectfully. It seems clear that the majority of the staff at this hotel does not want teenagers staying here and didn't want my business. November 4, 2015
