Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Military Friendly Hotel with great service I Stayed at this express and was amazed by the service that i got from them i loved the way they made sure i felt that i was welcomed in this hotel. Service was actually above and beyond then what i expected. Front Desk clerk help me with dinning options in town. Room was clean and Beds were comfy. Will come back again for sure. May 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Hotel in Rural Nebraska I stayed in this express in february and got the best customer service i had ever had i usually stay in economy hotel but tried this express since they had indoor pool and had hot breakfast I was surprise by the level of service i received. I seem to always get there late at night, extremely tired and I then I see San (not sure of the spelling) and he has a smile on his face, gets me in my room quickly. He makes you feel right at home. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, bad housekeeping, DISGUSTING work out room This hotel had the worst housekeeping service. They did not give me clean towels to step out of the shower on. The bathroom floor looked like somebody walked across it with muddy shoes and it was not cleaned. One of my towels had a long black hair on it. Furthermore, upon check in, they did not even mention my Priority Club Status. Finally, the work out room was DISGUSTING. There were NO clean towels, NO water, and NO cleaning supplies to wipe off the equipment. It was gross AND the door did not lock- it was broken and help open with a towel. The pool was also not available at all during my two week stay there. Overall it was not a good stay and I would not recommend it to anyone. January 29, 2013
