This is the best hiexpress yet , great staff, clean, great recognition of club members, highly recommend this property.

I wish I could live here. When we leave our home our first stop at night is always the Ontario, Oregon Holiday Inn. The bed is fabulous, and there has never been a time where we have ever heard a guest through the walls. The insulation really is astounding and that matters when you have a hard time falling asleep, you really want to stay asleep after getting there.
I do recommend this hotel to everyone driving east or west on I-84.
Love it. Thanks for a wonderful experience.!!

Although I am usually very happy with my stay at this hotel, this was not the best experience. I arrived and had some minor issues such as no remote control in the room. Staff were great and took care of the problem. However I went to make coffee and both of the cups had holes around the bottom and I had a huge mess. I do not usually experience these problems and still love staying at this hotel. I just hope these issues will not be an ongoing problem.

We stay at your property two to three time per year as we visit nearby family. We appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool where we play with our grandchildren, and the morning breakfasts.
The staff is always pleasant and accomodates our every need.

I have stayed at many HIX locations this year and this one makes it toward the top of the list. Got a free upgrade to the executive suite for being a platinum member. Room was very spacious, clean and the bed and pillows as always second to none. The hotel it self was very clean, well kept with very nice decor. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. Breakfast was pretty much the usual HIX layout, nothing to write home about. Only issue I had was they had a dental trade show while I was there, and it was in the lobby and breakfast area so there were a ton of people there that weren't staying in the hotel. I would think for this type of event they should have been confined to one of the Meeting rooms rather then set up their tables in the common areas. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We found this Holiday Inn Express about 2 years ago and we haven't regretted staying here once. We normally stay for a few days at a time and are there fairly regularly. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, fun, and go above and beyond. The only time we had technical issues in the business center--they were all over getting it resolved ASAP and were so helpful. The facility is well-maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We recommend this hotel to everyone we know that is planning to stay in Ontario and we don't make recommendations often or lightly. The breakfast always has a good variety of choices and is monitored and kept stocked. The dining area is very clean and welcoming. We travel often and to several locations in and out of the country and this is one of the places that we look forward to staying at because we know we'll be comfortable and at ease during our visit.

As a consultant I travel a lot and often combine business and pleasure in my travels. The Holiday Inn Express in Ontario, Oregon is perfectly situated for me to fulfill my business responsibilities in the region and still take side trips to visit the many tourist locations throughout the Treasure Valley area.

Our room was on the freeway side of the building and it was noisy, especially from very early morning on. Apparently this is not a one time complaint as there were ear plugs provided in the room. When we checked in I requested a room on the opposite side of the hotel and was told none were available (even though I had made my reservations a month in advance). The hotel did not look to be full the next morning.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on business. The rooms are very nice. They serve a good breakfast and the staff was friendly. It's the newest hotel in town, so everything was very clean.
It's by the highway and they have construction nearby, so if you have to sleep during the day, it can be a little loud, however when I mentioned this, they were really good about moving me to a quieter room.
I'll be back in Ontario for another 2 weeks of business soon and I will definitely stay here again.
