I called the the 800 number and the representative was a big help and got it changed for us. We love the breakfast and the rooms are always clean. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely comfortable! Stellar staff! My wife and I are alumni of the local university in Collegedale. When we visit we make it a point to choose this Holiday Inn Express. It has a stellar staff, with cheery disposition, great breakfasts, VERY comfortable beds, particularly CLEAN ROOMS and all inclusive amenities (microwave, 'fridge, hair dryer etc.). The staff was genuinely concerned about our well being and always asks if there is ANYTHING they can provide for us that we might have forgotten. The hotel is fairly new, is in pristine condition and, again, has an excellent staff! You will be especially wowed by the extremely cordial manager. January 10, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best places I have ever stayed My family and I were in Ooltewah to visit family and enjoy shopping and the Acquarium in Chattanooga. I have family in that area and have stayed in that area frequently. I have now stayed at this location the last 3 times I have been in the area and will continue to do so. This hotel is very clean and beautiful. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The pool is very clean and accessible from early morning to late evening. The food at breakfast was very good and very abundant. We came down to the breakfast area as a family and sat around and played games with my 8 year old grandson in the evening and it was very comfortable. Overall, I think this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Would rate it a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10. Consider making this your next stop when in the Ooltewah/Chattanooga area. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deposit Hold When i checked into this hotel over a week ago, they charge you 15.00 per night hold on your card and none of the employess cuold explain the reason. I was also told once you check out the hold would be released, not so in still dont see the hold release, this in not good business. Other than that very nice hotel. December 3, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent staff and relaxful stay Check in was great, when we wento our room first notice cable box was missing. Went to the front desk and told them of the situation, they immeiately move us to another room. We were able to sleepwith no concerns and our room was always refreshed each day when we returned. Great service all the way around. Would recommend for anyone passing through or staying in then area. October 11, 2012
