Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Meeting requirements While on an antique car tour group, I had to give a presentation on Henry Ford. I did not bring my video projector and the manager - Dana - found one over a two day period and had it all set up for me at the conference room. This was above and beyond the call, and I appreciated it very much. As we were on tour every day, I had no time to contact local places for one. Here is a picture of him next to my 1915 Ford. The facility was clean, nicely decorated, and the breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this motel to anyone traveling in this area. June 19, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a pleasant night After arriving from our wedding to spend the night at your hotel ma beautiful location my husband and I were starving and thirsty the vending machine was broken but the gentalman at the front desk offerd bottled water thank you. When we arrived in our room we wanted to order pizza or food the phone didn't work so we used our phone and while waiting for the pizza my husband was in the shower turned around and fell out of the tube because some kind of cleaning products were still on the tube food he hit his back against the toilet. When I walked to the front because the phone was broken to say something to the front desk staff all she did was offer to look for a floor mat not even asking if my husband was ok or needed help. No good service and when I said something about the phone she said it was to bad it was to late. Ok well I paid good money to stay at this location because of the nice view and that's how were are treated I'll stick to the city of Charlottesville holiday inn next time they have treat me very nice in the past but this location I was disappointed in. During breakfast no opted were out for the food we had to ask for them June 16, 2016
