Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay The hotel is good. I only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable. The entrance/location is a bit confusing and in fact we didn't find it initially. The internet didn't work so I ended up using my phone as a hotspot. The breakfast could be better. The pancake machine wasn't working properly, there were turkey bacon and turkey sausage but neither regular bacon nor sausage. Eggs were from a powdered mix. Fortunately, there were fresh fruit, cereal, cinnamon rolls, as well as packets of oatmeal and grits. The room and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. I'd stay again. September 30, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and clean We were a little disappointed. We chose this stay at this location as a halfway stopping point on our way home. We chose it because of the availability of a suite and the indoor pool. The indoor pool was very cold and specifically too cold for our 13 month old. He likes to go into pools and so we thought this would be a good break. The suite was just one large room so in my mind not really a suite. Generally a suite allows for the master bedroom to be closed off from the living area. This allows us to put the baby to sleep in his pack in play and close the door so that we can stay up longer and not disturb him. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. September 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty bathroom! The room itself was the standard regular room. It was okay. There were a lot of noisy kids and adults talking loudly in the hallways. They were also wandering around coming from the pool without drying themselves, so the floors were all wet by the front desk, as well as the elevators. The trash in the front of the hotel was overflowing when I was checking in. There was even more as I was checking out the next day! The bedroom door had a gap, so I can hear all the noises going on outside my room. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked and falling off. There was mold growing in several places in the bathroom. Looks like they tried to fix the ceiling in the bathroom but it was not done right. Looks like a poorly maintained hotel. Being a gold IHG member, I was very disappointed! September 11, 2015
