This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and the rooms were set up so you can get ready in the bathroom and not wake up the other individuals in the room. The pool and hot tub area was very clean. The only thing I would say negative about this hotel is where it is sitting (behind a bar and a party store in the parking lot).

This hotel would have been rated high, except for the mishandling of my check in. I made the reservation trough my company's booking agent. I had a confirmed reservation in hand, and was told that I did not have a reservation. They somehow put my reservation under the name of a coworker that had been there with me on business at least 7 years ago - We were not in the same room, the room I was in was booked in my name. Poorly handled, no reason for the error was given.

The Staff from Check-in to Check-out was fantastic. One of the things that I have come to expect at Holiday Inn Express Franchises throughout the USA is consistency. Whether traveling in the South or close to home in Michigan's Upper and Lower Peninsulas, the Rooms, Service and Food are excellent. This Oregon, OH location was no different.

Great beds but jacuzzi was a bit to powerful for my taste.I did get my best sleep in a long time due to the bed and pillows comfort. Where do u get a mattress and pillows that comfortable?

I always feel that the staff really cares about my experience at this hotel. When I stay here, it's usually for a week or more, and the hotel's well-suited for longer stays. I feel like I can come back to the room and relax, which makes my trips much better.
