Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall property very dirty The hallway carpets are horribly stained throughout, The basic cleanliness of the lobby, entry way etc, very poor. A banana peel layed in corner of entry way at check in at 8 pm, still there at 8 am. My room appeared to be clean, it is just evident that the overall maintenance staff do not wax or clean public floors and elevators very often. I love Expresses, I will not go back to this one as a top choice. October 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Broken jacuzzi and they didnt care We reserved a Jacuzzi room just a few miles from our home for a "getaway", I called to verify that we were for sure getting a Jacuzzi room since that was the only reason we were staying.....we got to the room and when getting the Jacuzzi ready we found it didn't work, called the front desk and a young girl was there who didn't know anything about them, said we would have to wait until the next day to talk to a manager. The next morning went tot he front desk and there was another young girl there, still no manager available for us to talk to. We didn't need a place to spend the night, we booked the room only for the Jacuzzi. So disappointed in the holiday inn....I would never stay at this location or recommend it to anyone. Also water pressure was lousy.... October 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleased with my stay, and a great breakfast! The Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be adequate and somewhat hum-drum. I was pleasantly surprised at how up-to-date and comfortable it actually was, in both the common areas and in my room. Everything was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, the bed linens were of excellent quality, and there were both "soft" and "firm" pillows (two of each). The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The breakfast dining area was attractive, bright, and clean, and the breakfast offerings were much more extensive and of higher quality than I expected - lots of choices, and a variety of healthy options. Very good coffee, too! All the staff with whom I interacted were pleasant and efficient. September 26, 2014
