Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome ladies! I travel a lot for work. I had been on the road for a couple of weeks with Oregon being my last stop for a while. When i got inside the lobby I was greeted with the beautiful smiling faces of Miranda and Angel. they made check in very simple and super fast. It was as if they knew me already and made me feel like I just got home from a long day of work. This is the kind of service that makes traveling and staying in hotels all the time worth it. thanks ladies and keep up the excellent work. Thanks for brightening my day... November 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fair, not great. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. Parking is limited and next to a restaurant/bar. Woke up to drunk hooting and hollering from parking lot. Walls are thin and noises carry into room pretty readily. Breakfast was sketchy with hard boiled eggs sitting in a tray in the fridge and each egg was sitting in some kind of puddle in the tray. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is getting better When I first visited this hotel 10 years ago, the overall service and experience was very good. Among the best of the HIE's I had stayed in at that time. 10 years later, the hotel has gotten even better. Rooms are clean and relatively bright, service staff is friendly. About the only downside is the bane of virtually all similar hotels - the breakfast eggs are lousy. October 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall property very dirty The hallway carpets are horribly stained throughout, The basic cleanliness of the lobby, entry way etc, very poor. A banana peel layed in corner of entry way at check in at 8 pm, still there at 8 am. My room appeared to be clean, it is just evident that the overall maintenance staff do not wax or clean public floors and elevators very often. I love Expresses, I will not go back to this one as a top choice. October 12, 2014
