From the outside impressive hotel for a Holiday Inn Express. Nice sized room with good amenities. Choice of firm or soft pillows. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was above average and the selection of food was good including fresh fruit and low fat options. The staff was very friendly and courteous. As a Platinum member I got free wi-fi. The wi-fi was slow. Substandard. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the room. The first morning we discovered debris in the corner of the room that had not been cleaned up. We notified the front desk and it was still not picked up that afternoon after the room had been cleaned. The smell of cigarettes was noticeable in the hallway by the elevator on the fourth floor. It was not present in the room but it was definitely in the air at the elevator. .

I have stayed in this hotel 25 times over the past eight months. The services has been pretty much consistent over that period.

On arrival the front desk was very friendly and helpful after along travel day. The best was when we were offered the manager special drink and light snack in the breakfast room before dinner.

The staff was great mentioned they were full and could not upgrade. Helped with a rollaway bed so quickly that they were there as we were arriving in our room.
The mattress in the bed next to the windOw had a huge sag. Very uncomfortable, did not get much sleep. Since they were sold out we did not mention the poop bed quality until we checked out. The staff again was kind responsive to our complaint and said they would have maintenance look into it. They apologized for the uncomfortable bed.
