We stay here 5 times out of the year when we go see or help our daughter move in to school at UVU. The location is great near Wal-Mart, Malls, and restaurant's. It is clean inside/outside. There's also a Subway open 24 hours right in front of the hotel (very convenient if you get the munchies at night) and a gas station around the corner with a drive through car wash. Customer service is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. A view of the lake is awesome as you drive back to the hotel. Whoever thought of building this hotel at this location must have been a brilliant person because they did good.

I spoke with three different clerks at the front desk and each one was well trained, pleasant, and authentic. They treated me like a valued individual, not just a customer. Breakfast had the same kind of authentic, professional staff. The room was very clean. Even the outside of the hotel was spotless. We will stay at this Holiday Inn again next year. Bravo!

I have stayed at this location many times with and everything was great. It was perturbing this stay to have the guide for the television one hour ahead of real time. I could only see what would be on one hour ahead. Their was no way to tell what was on when I turned on the T.V. to watch

We were looking for a place to stay in the Salt Lake City area. I called this Holiday Inn Express, and the woman I talked to said that they had a non-smoking room available. She said the entire hotel was non-smoking. I gave her my IHG rewards number, and she said I could give her the credit card number when we arrived. When I tried to check in, Phil at the front desk, could not find the reservation. He was fabulous in finding us a room, despite the fact that the hotel was very full that night. He went out of his way to accommodate us. The next morning, we noticed the smell of smoke outside our room, especially in the corridor near the elevator. One of the housekeepers rode the elevator with us and she told us there were four smoking rooms on our floor. Hmmm...
We also learned there were dogs staying on our floor, as we saw them in the corridor and there was dog fur in the elevator. My husband talked to Shellie at the front desk, and she said that there should not be any dogs on our floor. She acted liked she really didn't care.
Shauna, the breakfast server, was very personable and asked if we needed anything before we resumed our travels. Phil and Shauna, keep up the great customer service!

This has been a good place to stay ever since opening and have made it a regular hotel, close to my customer and prospects also a wide and varied choice of restaurants near by easy access to the freeway and they have always treated me well. There are a few room upgrades that I don't like they have a breakfast bar in lieu of a desk so when working I choose not to take those upgrades but it is overall a really nice place to stay.

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights. The smoke alarm in the room was chirping on and off the first two nights inspite of maintenance working on it? I complained to the desk each day and night and nothing was corrected. On the last night, I finally "removed" the smoke detector from the ceiling.
In addition, I made the reservation a month in advance and my family has a 10 month old son. I requested a crib at the time of my resveration and was told, "you are the first person to request one for that week, so there will be one waiting in your room at check in." Well, when I checked in, there was no crib in the room and the front desk said, "there is no guarantee that you get one regardless of your reservation", "it's first come, first serve."
The attendent suggested that if they didn't have one available, I could go purchase one and bring it to the room myself.
I am a GOLD/ELITE member and was terribly disappointed in this particular Holiday Inn Express. The only good thing I can say about this property is that the breakfast staff was nothing short of FABULOUS. They went out of their way daily to help out. They were really GREAT!

Staff was friendly and attentive; guest rooms were clean and well maintained as was the lobby; bed was comfortable; breakfast choices were adequate; convenient location. Great value for an overnight stay!
