Was not recognized as a Priority club platinum member. Checked out late one day early and the staff would not work with me on taking partial credit or something just blunt and rude. Advised that I would write a bad review and there was no concern about it.

I made reservation directly with this hotel as I was needing 2 rooms on short notice to attend a funeral for a family member. From the moment the staff picked up the phone they were extremely helpful and ensured we were taken care of. The location is easy access to numerous areas in the Utah Valley. The breakfast area was always clean, well organized with a good variety of items.
Only con was not being acknowledged as a Priority Club Member during check in.
I will be staying again!

I was on the road for 6 hours and came into Anchor1 oasis. Tracy made me feel like i was home andtreated me like family. What a great feeling.

The front desk attendant was totally clueless about the billing for my room.
The breakfast was terrible. Few choices and definitely not enjoyable food.
I would not stay at this property again.

My family and I stayed here back in November for almost a week. We LOVED everything about it. Everyone was so nice. Ashtyn and Rebecca were the two that we dealt with mostly and they were great! My husband's kids live in the area. We last minute decided to get together for pizza in the breakfast area one night and the girls were so accommodating. The staff does everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I can't say enough about how wonderful EVERYTHING was. The room was great also. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. Wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL!!!

I have stayed at this property twice, once with my family and once for an entire week with the HS volleyball team I coach. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is clean and well stocked. The common area is well designed for guest use, and available for guests to convene as a group when needed. A great location and clean, good value.

Of all the places that we stay this is our very favorite. The help always bend over backward for us. The rooms are always very comfortable and very clean if you would like anything extra it seems like its right at their finger tips and its no problem to get it to you. And its right next door to UVU campus.

Spend the night of new year's eve at the hotel. This is the second time I've stayed at this new property. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great & price is right. This hotel is the reason I signed-up for Priority Club Rewards. Oh also got a free upgrade! Great experience!

This hotel was the "go-between" from Los Angeles and Idaho. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating
to our needs (extra towels), and they were very courteous. I would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I am a priority club memeber, so I normally only stay at Holiday Inn Express. I was disappointed with this hotel. First we arrive (myself, my husband, & 3 young kids) and the room key would not work. I went to the desk while my husband and kids waited in the hall. After waiting about 15mins she reprogrammed my keys. When I went to open the door 2 girls walk out of the room, so I went back downstairs to find out they wrote down the wrong floor. We finally get to our room and it is not the suite with a pull out couch we reserved. This is the first problem I have had with this chain.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night but it was very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot top was very nice for adults. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location also. Fridge and microwave in our room were also very nice since we ate out and had left overs that needed to be kept cold. Breakfast had great selections even for the family members who are watching their weight.

Needs improvement. Eggs were cold at 7:30 am. Toaster was broken. Bread was stale. Had to ask for bananas. No restaurants within walking distance.

We have always enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the Facilities are great.
I like the location. It's close to the freeway (but not too close). You don't get the freeway noise that I've encountered at some hotels.
Overall, great place. You will like it.

We had made a reservation earlier in the day and it was great arriving knowing we had a good place to stay. We were not disappointed in that the room was very roomy, clean and extremely comfortable. We will plan on staying there again.

We would like to give a higher score to our "overall experience" but can't do it. The hotel is pretty, clean and resonably priced; our room was very nice and clean as well. We are almost always very pleased with Holiday Inn Express whereever we are. Our only complaint was the person working the desk. Her name was Tracy. We understood she was very busy when we arrived and we did not have a reservation, so we were very patient. But she was rude and curt to us and not the least bit helpful. The next morning she was rude and curt to my husband again, she was having a public argument with a co-worker, and she was eating a burrito at the front desk. This person is in the wrong field of endeavor. This is a service/hospitality industry, which requires a pleasant, personable and organized character. Tracy should be working in a cubicle somewhere so she doesn't come in contact with the public.

On the positive side, the room and provisions were exceptional. On the negative side, the staff seemed to be confused and uncaring. We arrived at 4 pm, tired, and ready to relax. We were told our room was not ready, and we would have to go somewhere else until 6 pm. We drove around for two hours, and came back at 6 but we were told the room was still not ready! When we complained, they finally gave us someone else's room. We asked what would happen when those people arrived, and the staff said they would make them wait. Another family arrived and said grandpa was not feeling well and needed a place to lie down, but they were told they would have to wait, even though they had made reservations weeks ago. Great accommodations, but very poor service.
