Went 2 days with no AC until I finally reprogrammed the thermostat myself. Yes that is correct, just needed thermostat reset and reprogrammed. Took literally 1 minute after I googled it and figured out what was needed. I would say their maintenance group is incompetent, but I do not believe they were even notified by Amber about the issue. The front desk person, Amber, was rude and ignorant about the entire situation. Would not recommend this property to anyone. They are close to attractions and usually full so they could care less when there is an issue. Will just rent to the next person in line. I have contacted this property several times about the issues I had and NEVER got a response. Also had to fight with them to get all my reward points for the stay. Ridiculous.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express, Orlando at International Drive, was an experience to cherish for long time. We were welcomed and checked-in 2 hours early than Standard Check-in time, Good Room with Twin Beds were offered. Rooms were really spacious, clean and Bathrooms were neat and clean. There were many connection points for electrical, 32" LED TV, Coffee Machine and a Safe also. Everything was above expectations except the Internet Connections. Connections at Room were Horrible and we could not work from our rooms at all. However the Reception, Dining Hall had excellent connections. Coffee was available at the reception 24 Hours. Overall All, Except for the Debacle with Internet Connections at Room, We would sincerely recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants an experience worth remembering.
