Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly customer service Our first night we arrived late (midnight) 1st morning we had to be on our way by 7:30. Unfortunately hot breakfast wasn't available. There were a few cereals and some milk,but nothing hot. They said there was a problem in the kitchen. 2Nd morning hot food was available but the meat was dry and not very warm. 3Rd morning was the same. I have had breakfast at other HIE and was much better. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. We needed to return our rental car the night before and they provided transportation back to the hotel along with an early morning shuttle (4:30am) back to the airport. The pool was quiet & clean. The rooms were clean & comfy. Close to the airport (7 minute ride). May 9, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Personal customer service I arrived after Midnight and was departing in less than 4 hours for a very early flight the next day. The night staff made arrangements for me to catch a cab at hotel's expense rather than taking the shuttle to allow me 30 minutes more time to sleep. When cab didn't show, staff made several calls to find out why. I ultimately took the shuttle and shuttle driver dropped me first as now I was cutting it close to catch my flight. Hotel staff efforts to provide personal customer service was above and beyond my expectations. May 2, 2016
