I stayed one night (Saturday), I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfortable, but people were up at 4:15 in the morning and it was very loud. The doors close with a solid slam and people talking in the hallway are easily heard inside the rooms. Also, the railroad is near and train horns are loud enough inside the building to wake a light sleeper. December 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Thanksgiving!!! We were visiting our family that owns Honker Bay Ranch for thanksgiving. Everyone was very friendly and nice. We felt like we were at home. Especially the lady who does the breakfast in the morning was really nice and she helped my kids get what they needed without hesitation. She was able to keep up with the rush and the dining room was very clean at all times. Breakfast was beyond our expectation. Very delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean They only thing the water was kind of cold in the pool. Everything was very very clean. The location was perfect not too far from anything. Front desk always smiling and pointed us in the right direction. Just for this experience we will only stay at the Holiday Inn Express no matter where we go and when we come back.Thank you so much. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by People are the Best!! I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Oroville many times. My room is always cleaned and well maintained during my stay. Breakfast after 2 or 3 weeks could use some options, but the price is right. Best part of this hotel though are the people who work there. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers to the Breakfast staff are as friendly and as helpful as can be. Its not always easy being on the road for weeks at a time, but the people here make it the next best thing to home. November 18, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ho Hum Rooms were clean. Staff was ok. My Platinum status did not garner me an upgrade... I didn't ask why. Why argue about one night? They have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Nice enough. I may try another place when I am in town next. I have had better experiences in Windsor and Lodi in California. October 26, 2013
