Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CHristmas Shopping weekend! I took my daughters to the Premium outlet mall for a winter shopping trip. THey are 22 and 17. We were directly accross the street from the stores. We had dinner at the mexican restaurant and went to MIner Mikes and played arcade games. VERY Fun. THe beds were comfy, the desk staff was super nice. They gave us coupon vouchers for shopping. They even found a fan for me since I forgot mine and I CANNOT sleep without a fan! We swam in the pool and it was clean and convienent. The breakfast was great. It had biscuits and gravy, danish, sausage, bagels, all kinds of cream cheeses and topping for them. Juices, coffee milk cereal.. and more. It was well stocked and clean. The lobby had an internet desk you could use and it had a cozy fireplace. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Over all a very nice experience. Highly recommend for the location as well. December 10, 2012

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times and it has been consistently clean inside and out, staff has always been helpful and friendly and the Wi-Fi is a great extra. Outside and Inside lighting is very good and makes for a safe place to stay. Located near many very good restaurants and outdoor activities. November 22, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worst HI experience ever! With over 200 nights in last 3 years with HI, this was by far the worst property I have stayed. This my first negative review I have ever given HI! Rooms - furniture dated and worn, clothes hanging material was the cheap white wire like it was from a quick fix store. Worst yet the first room (had to chang in the middle of the night) the mattress was worn and you would roll to middle of the bed. The second the furniture was the same but the mattress was only slightly better. Water - They use a water softing system but when you take a shower you felt like the soap will never come off and trying do your hair afterwards was a challenge. Breakfast - eggs were like rubber with water, orange juice tasted like water with a orange flavoring. Bannanas were badly bruised. Coffee was good though. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful by changing rooms in middle of night when the first mattress was so bad. Even thought this was in the off season and the hotel wasn't even half full, being a platinum member didn't seem to matter. November 16, 2012

Our only dislike, is when you first enter the hotel....the smell of the chlorine in the pool area.....we feel that the pool should not be the first thing that you see or smell when you register or when you are eating breakfast!! From the minute we got there the staff was wonderful from getting my parents a room when they arrived a night earlier than expected, to getting us milk when we ran out for our 1 year old to finding a lost pool toy. Tomas and James were especially helpful with all our needs. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future! October 12, 2012
