The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous and anxious to make our stay comfortable. The staff is on a first name basis with each member of our family and greets each one of us as though they are truly glad to see us. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing Stay- Very friendly Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The Hotel manager, Anita is very pleasant with customers as well. Breakfast items were always available and we were never made to feel rushed. I liked the room atmosphere as well. I slept through the night. Usually, when I am sleeping away from home, I miss the comfort of my Tempur-pedic, but the mattress in my room was very comfy and I had no morning back pain. August 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home Having been a Director of Resort Operations for a 720 room property -upon checking into a property I see everything withing 15 minutes of arrival, and I never hesitate in reporting an issue as I myself always wanted my customers to let me know if things aren't right. BUT, I also like to let them know when I find things right and I sure did love being able to meet with the management team to let them know I gave them a full professional room inspection upon my arrival and they passed with flying colors.
