The location is great for anyone visiting the CAT plant or the city of Oswego and surrounding area. It is close to some good places to eat and other entertainment. My only complaint would be the low water pressure, but others might not find this to be an issue like I did. Also, the pool is pretty much too small to swim in, so you probably shouldn't have high expectations for that.

I stayed here for 4 weeks and received great service from the hotel staff. They were more than willing to assist me in any needs I had during my stay. Very friendly and accomodating!

I'm a regular customer and choose this Holiday INN Express for the people who care for your needs. The rooms are comfortable, clean and neat. I have one request...to bring back 3 channel that were lost in a switch.

I was at the hotel for a class. The room was excecomfortable and clean upon check in. The cost was fair and reasonable. I had identified a sheet of ice outside one of the exterior doors. I notified staff and he immediately put some salt out and posted a sign to alert other people.

This is a typical HIE. Hotel has a little age on it's last renovation but was clean and staff was very friendly. I travel quite a lot, this was my first stay here and this is just what I would expect from a HIE.

The moment we walked in we felt comfortable. I really like that we received a welcome package of snacks and a water bottle for being priority club memebers.The room was clean and decorated perfectly and the bed was so comfortable and we really liked that each pillow was labeled firm or soft. The comforters and sheets were very soft. The room tempature controls worked great. The jacuzzi tub jets were powerful and the water was always hot in the jacuzzi and shower. The towels were of high quality and very soft. Breakfast was delicious especially the biscuits and gravy and the staff gave us a really nice morning welcome. The cook was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed. This was by far the best stay we had!!! We look forward to returning and will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!!!

bed was ok the pillows were hard. u could here everything going on from other rooms it was annoying. had to unplug the fridge because it was so loud. it felt like i wasted my night wish i had another chance to stay there. the breakfast didnt have much variety like they were done makimg food and still had a hr to go. beside that the people at the front desk were good.

The Front desk staff was Over the top with the customer service. As I made my Reservations on line and left a message for them as to my special needs i was very shocked and very pleased to receive a call from the staff as to better understand my request and make sure that they would do their best to make sure they could complete my request. As I travel about 35 weeks per year and stay only in Holiday Inn's across the states I will say that the Whole staff at this Hotel were great to deal with and will stay at this hotel again!!

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I have no reason to look for an alternative when I am in the area. Very cordial and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, and Turner Classic Movies on tv. Cannot comment on breakfast as I haven't tried it, but the breakfast area is a good size and looks as super clean as everything else I saw.

The staff were very friendly and efficient - the breakfast ladies were great, and so was the food selection - eggs, sausage, gravy, fruit, cereal, cinnamon rolls, milk, juice, coffee and a pancake machine that made them fresh to order. the rooms were clean ---the bathroom was a little small, but all was clean - the refrig in the rooms was helpful. REally no complaints

The staff at this facility was wonderful. Front desk most courteous and friendly. Jamie at the front desk stands out for his great customer service. My daughter was sick and had an incident and Jamie quickly took care of the incident with a smile. Jamie recognized me as a Platinum member and also upgraded us to a bigger room.

Hotel was nice, neat and CLEAN! Carpet even in the stairwells going up to 2nd and 3rd floors. This was very unusual but gave a nice touch as to making it "home like" for the customer.
Breakfast was always good every morning and they had HOT coffee 24/7 in the lobby as well as Hot Chocolate available.
One thing that really stood out was the entrance ways. ALL had a large area that you could get out of the cold before having to have a key to get into the building. No crowded little area that only one could fit in; the entire family (or 3) could get inside and out of the weather before going inside the building. This should be standard on every hotel!
All front desk staff were wonderful especially Kristi! She made the stay pleasurable!

The AC was out in the Public Areas of the Hotel. The Hallways and Elevator were hot and humid, the breakfast areas were almost untolerable.
Once in the Room, the AC was good and the rooms were at the HIE Standard.
