Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel experience I cannot understand a hotel managements decision to occupy rooms in areas of the hotel where they know disruptive and loud construction work is to be undertaken. This was a poor decision and clearly aimed at maximizing profits from the rooms that were not being refurbished at the detriment of their guests. In the end, one customer lost. May 9, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Out of date and smelly I was offered a room that had been out of service for 6 months. It was dusty, smelly, and the fridge smelled like rotten eggs. Also, the carpet was stained in several areas and the shower head had a crust over it.The main areas and, even worse, the elevator had a god-awful odor. I was upgraded to a suite with a Jacuzzi, which was cleaner than the first room and had a generally pleasant/fresh smell. However, the AC worked poorly and the ceiling lights barely worked. They took a few seconds to light up after being turned on. The jets in the Jacuzzi were very dirty as well. April 25, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good & Bad We have over the last several years been at this hotel for two weekends a year. We have always had great service at this property. This time I had to ask for either water or the 500 points. The internet was very slow and on Saturday it did not work at all. This brings me to breakfast. Friday & Saturday it was outstanding as the young ladies did a wonderful job. On Sunday there was a gentleman who is very rude. A member of our party reached for a slice of bread at 628 and the guy slamed the plastic cover on his hand and told him to wait until 630. We will be back in November and hope that everything will be back to the hotel that we have enjoyed before. April 15, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean and comfortable Breakfast attendant on 4-1 and 4-2 was late getting the food out and very impolite. He actually closed a lid for the toast when one of my friends was reaching for the toast and said, "this is not ready yet", but there was toast in the warmer. This happened on 4-2. This was also the same person that started checking me in on 3-31, but could not complete the check-in. April 13, 2016
