I was very impressed with the level of customer service, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the well kept rooms. Everyone, from housekeeping to front desk, should be proud AND REWARDED for the wonderful job they are doing at representing the Holiday Inn Express. The only thing missing from breakfast...BACON!!! The Breakfast Bar offered more than expected and the breakfast room was spacious. I will be returning to the area and will stay here again. June 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A42921920150 I was very disappointed because my room smell like cigarettes. I told one of the housekeepers that the phone does not work in the room. When I was leaving and I was leaving I explained that to the front desk ladies but apparantely that didn't matter because all I was told I apologize. This is the first Holiday Inn that I stayed in and this is really in acceptable. June 15, 2014
