My family and I enjoyed our trip more after having a restful night at the hotel using the clean rooms, pool, gym, etc and having a variety of choices during breakfast time: warm eggs, waffles, hot coffee,yogurt and more. Just about the price I feel that I didn't take advantage of the discount cards as AAA or some others because the price was the same with or without it. :( Definitely we will came back and use the Holiday Inn Express Hotel next time and I will try to make valid my discount card to make me feel I save money :) July 14, 2014

We loved that we could adjust the thermostat and the room would cool to the actual temperature we chose. Best HIE, among many, we have stayed at. July 9, 2014

Room was perfect, always enjoy the upgrade. Quiet, clean and able to get a perfect night’s sleep. One of the key reasons I always use Holiday Inn / Holiday Inn Express is I always know what to expect when I check in. July 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay, very friendly staff Family and I traveling accross TX stopped in Ozona for the night for rest, and we did get a good night rest and a great morning breakfast before continuing on our journey. We found the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness and efficiency of its front desk staff and management very accomodating. We encountered minor problems when we checked in, however, the front desk and its manager on duty resolved the issue promptly and without hesitation. They exceeded our expectations. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude help Date of stay was wrong on stay , receipt showed Me leaving on Saturday night and staying Again on Sunday night . I called and asked The girl if she could correct it so my company Could tell I was there and she assured me My job was not her problem . I stay in hotels two thirds of the year and Have never been treated like this . I want be staying here anymore . June 25, 2014
