If the pool is open until 11:00 pm, but the sun goes down at 7:30, then you need to have appropriate lighting in the pool area. There was 1 or 2 small lights in a secluded corner, but no lights in the pool itself nor near the shallow end. We didn't go in because the dark water was intimidating.
Also, in general, Holiday Inn's beds are way too firm.

Overall, a good experience. This was our first time in Page. If we pass through this area again, we would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn.

Although the hotel lobby area was light, airy and upbeat the rooms themselves had very outdated carpeting which left one feeling withdrawn. Although the beds are comfortable and one feels safe and secure in the hotel, the price gouging due to the remoteness of Page was not what I had expected from a Holiday Inn. Although a wide variety was offered at breakfast the half working toaster and very weak coffee added to ones frustration when confronted with the high nightly charges. The staff themselves always had a smile and were more than willing to help in anyway. If pricing were more inline with the quality of the hotel I would not hesitate to stay there again however if pricing were to stay the same I would look elsewhere for my money.

The room smelled bad, there was a thief in the parking lot, a country western band playing loudly outside across the street until midnight, couldn't find a clean table to eat breakfast and had to clean out own. The room furnishings were out dated. This is a tourist trap area...they can charge a lot for hotels. But, for a Holiday Inn I expect a lot more from them. This was the most expensive but the worst Holiday Inn we have ever stayed. We recently stayed at a Holiday Inn in De Chelley Arizona and had a much better stay at half the price.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by FCHI No Internet service! Beware! you will not be able to use the internet!
This is the first Holiday Inn that I had internet issues at this level. From the time I arrived to the time I checked out the internet was so slow that it took me 15 min to log in another 15 to try to log in to my emails and I gave up after another 10 min. I could not finish logging in into the IHG.com and reserve my next hotel stay. No matter how good and clean the hotel is, if the internet does not work, it makes the stay a terrible and frustrating experience. And for the management it seemed that it did not matter for them. During breakfast I asked a few other guests and they all said the same problem with the internet. This stay was just a terrible experience and I do not recommend this location
