Pros: Comfortable bedding. Fast internet. Convenient facility, clean bath room, nutritious breakfast. Nice/clean lobby.
Cons: sofa and carpet is dirty.

This appears to be one of the older facilities that has not been upgraded. Walls are thin and can hear noise/TV next door. Given that it also one of the more expensive facilities, given its location, I would not stay here again. And we are platinum members!

This is an average hotel that is located in a good central location in downtown Page. The hotel itself is dated and could use repairs. Rooms are somewhat dingy and are by no means comfortable. I suppose management sees no real incentives for repairs as they are sold out during the busy tourist season. Location works to the hotel's advantage as there are few other name brand hotels in the area. Hotel staff is quite helpful.

We stayed here on two different occasions. Both stays were very comfortable. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The parking was a bit tight but everything else was just fine.

Very easy to find. The room was clean and quiet. The staff went above and beyond letting us use the large dryer for our laundry needs when we were so tired and wanted to finish as soon as possible. The lobby was comfortable for visiting with others traveling the area.

We had booked the suite with kitchen: very large and well equipped. The furniture is a bit old, maybe it would need a renovation, but this wasn't a problem for us. The breakfast was of poor quality for our tastes, but it seems a common problem to all "express" hotels.

The Hotel did not meet our expectations. The room was old, furniture unappealing, the wash basin in the room.
The straff was very unfriendly. Although there were no other guests at the Hotel and not a single car parked outside, we were unable to check-in not even half an hur before 3 PM nor to leave our luggage at the Hotel and were sent away twice.

Courtney was curt and lacked compassion after informing her the room a/c not working properly. Smelled bad and was out of date. I made a complaint to Customer Care and received an e-mail that the manager/Owner would be contacting me within 48 hours. Well, it has been over 48 hours and no contact. Just can not believe how bad of an experience we had, and then to top it off no one cares.

The hotel is priced too high for the facilities. Other motels in this area is just as nice and about two thirds the price. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. I would not recommend this hotel because of the price. This hotel was not what I expected '

It's safe to say this property was converted to an Express over time. Might not be the most modern place out there, but it works if you are driving through Page.
We did get a suite, and we got quite possibly the most interesting location for a suite ever. Right in the breakfast area! My guess is this was a Manager's Room at one time, but oddly, the suite worked! The bedroom was on the far side of the breakfast area and noise was minimal. We got our breakfast and went right back into the room!
This is a tourist-filled area, so prepare for the hotel to be crowded during peak times, but it was comfortable for a one-night stay.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hallways and the bathrooms......tub shower and no sink in shower room and musty odor throughout. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Hotels but would not return to this one. Sorry.

The "in town" location was different from other Page hotels. Our 2 room suite was spacious and the beds were great, but the lighting wasn't so pleasant, the bathroom could use some major updates and replacements ie. loose tiles, yucky caulking, rattling fan, old fixtures etc. Kitchen was large and accommodating but lacked essentials. Balcony was a nice idea, but no chairs. Pool was lackluster. Overall a fine experience, but high priced for the averageness of the room and facility. Mercedes at the front desk was fabulous. She is a credit to the entire Holiday Inn brand.

Just some comments.
We tried to check in the morning and the person in the front desk was very determinate in saying “Check in is at 3” which we understand, but it would have been nice to make an effort and look if there was a room for us available at that time…
When we came back at 3 for the check in the lady who was there was really nice.
I found the Hotel ok but I think that the one in Kanab was nicer for example.
Also, since I found it average I found it was too expensive for what it was.

I had a pleasant stay here. Well worth the price. The staff was friendly, knowlegeable, and helpful. As a priority club member, I was given a bag of treats which included water bottles and snacks (cookies and crackers). The room had a good-sized fridge and microwave. The rooms were clean as expected. They were able to give me great recommendations and directions for the Antelope Canyon tour, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, and nearby restaurants. There were many options for breakfast. I am a vegetarian and had plenty to choose from - both hot and cold. There is a neat pancake machine instead of waffles. I think I was here during off-peak season so it wasn't too crowded. Overall great experience and I would stay again.

This was our third Holiday Inn Express stay in three nights so I was able to compare it with the two we had previously stayed at. This one was the worst. It could use some updating. First, the hot and cold were mixed up on the sink faucet. Second, the walls are super thin. We heard a baby cry all night. Third, there was no worker at the breakfast in the morning to ask for help. Finally, the front desk lady was not very friendly at all. The only nice thing I can say is they do have rooms that can sleep 6 people. I am not sure I would stay here again.

Possibly the worst HIE property I ever stayed at, and I have been an avid user of HIE since its inception
I found remaining items of previous guests in drawers
The toilet was not set properly on the floor and the inside was used so bad that it was past cleanable. A real shame.
Otherwise the suite was large and quite comfortable, and the price was quite good considering the accomodation.
Too bad somebody is doing a terrible job of upkeep.

We have stayed at this facility many times over the last ten years, almost always without making an advance reservation. This time, we made the reservation for two rooms in advance. When checking in, the room rate we were charged was several dollars higher than what the online confirmation said. The clerk was challenged with a copy of the online reservation and adjusted the rates.
The room above ours apparently had a large or heavy occupant as every step that person took caused a crunching or creaking sound, a sound that we heard prior to going to sleep and a sound that woke us at 5:15 AM as the person got ready to depart.
This was not a great stay.

I did not have a reservation but stopped just for the night. Overall I thouht this location was not up t par as most other HIE I have sayed at. But I realize that in peak season, the clientel might be the students out for the summer. There were two chairs and a round table but I would have preferred an easy chair to relax in. So just my preferences.
When I checked in the girl working the desk told me there was a room available with two queen beds, making it sound as though that was my only choice but then before completing the booking told me there was another room with just one king bed. So I choose that. She acted as though I was interrupting her which I did when I walked in through the front door. She was talking with some guy but when he saw me, he left.

We typically stay at a Holiday Inn Express (about 20 a year). We usually expect a certain level of cleanliness and comfort. But this is not what we received in this hotel. It is by far the worse Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed.

I was staying in Room207. I was awaken at about 6am+ when someone in Room307 started walking up and down his room. This whole incident lasted till about 9am. It was really a bad experience for me!

We had a great stay in Page! The room was very clean and had everything what we needed, including a fridge for cold drinks. The receptionist was very friendly and handed us over a welcome basket as I am a member of the Priority Club. The breakfast buffet was nice, not very big, but sufficient and included in the room rate!
