The breakfast variety is very good and in a nice serving area. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are large, and bright. July 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Florida Visit I had a wonderful time at your Hotel. The staff was excellent and very willing to help. The room was great. The only small issue was the card reader at the back door would not always read the card. I saw several guests get frustrated trying to use the card to open the door. You may want to check it out. Other than that very small issue, I had an excellent visit and will return again in February for a week stay. Thank you all for making my visit enjoyable. July 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised how nice it is. Beds are very comfortable; breakfast is excellent (with many choices). Our room had many electrical outlets and 3 mirrors, something you don't see in most hotels. We reserved a smoking room because it was the only room available, but we requested a non-smoking room ahead of time and received the non-smoking room upon our arrival. We were happy about that! The hotel is in great shape and very clean. We had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel. It is very near to I-95, but we never heard traffic noise. All in all, we had a great experience. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mandatory early to rise We have stayed at this property 1-2 times per year since 2012 when we are in the area for events. This particular time has us rethinking our choice for next time. At about 8 AM the housekeeping crew started vacuuming and tapping on doors in the hallway. They then began about a 1/2 hour conversation between the hallway and a room. Just after that, a lift truck arrives out front and begins painting the building, continuously backing up (beep beep beep) for the next hour or so. When we arrived on Sunday to check in I asked the front desk for late check out on Monday knowing we would be up very late at night at the event we were going to, they advised to call in the morning and ask. When we got back to the hotel from the event at 5 AM I again asked about late check out, they advised to call about 9 and ask. At about 9 (since I was up from housekeeping antics) I called the front desk and they advised they could only extend late check out 1 hour (to Noon) per housekeeping instructions for the day. I asked about the usual 2 PM for Priority members and was told no. Since I had the front desk on the phone I advised about the housekeeping vacuuming, tapping and chatting. I was advised that "Corporate Policy" allows the housekeeping staff to vacuum guest rooms and tap on doors that do not have privacy signs at that time of the morning (we had our privacy sign out). I mentioned about the 1/2 hour conversation, and was advised by the front desk that she must have been communicating instructions to the other housekeeper, but she would talk to her about it. Then the storage room door across from our room was continuously opened and slammed for the next hour. Quite a different customer service experience this time vs. our past visits. Since we were still in the area we decided to take a drive by in the early evening on Monday, there were only a handful of cars in the lot. I do not understand why we were not able to have the later check out time? And why I had to ask 3 x for it. Not sure if we will be back. July 7, 2015
