Hallway smelled like smoke front desk manager did not recognize my platinum status but that seems to be all Holiday Inn's any more.

We arrived at 2AM and the young man at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and the TV was older style not a flat screen but all we wanted to do was sleep and he gave us a late checkout without a fuss. Bathroom was clean and although older was in good condition. Great value for the money. Would stay again.

We've stayed at many different Holiday Inn's and Expresses, and this property did NOT live up to expectations. The internet was slow at best, with usually only one bar on the third floor. The bathroom looked like it was being redone, with paint above the sink and plaster below. The breakfast ran out of different things different days, and when asked, one time I was told you came too late, yet there was still 15 minutes left of the breakfast time.
We rented and reserved a suite, only to find it was just a larger room with a pull out bed. Not what we were used to when getting a suite.
When I mentioned this to the staff when we were leaving, I was told they were in renovations, and would be done by summer. Not impressed with that answer just like not impressed with this property. We'll go elsewhere next time.

Our overnight stay was a last minute decision and I am glad we stopped at the Holiday Inn. We were greeted with open arms and a smile. The hotel was clean and neat. Our room and bed were very comfortable. We had a great rest and great overnight stay.

if you're here in Palm Coast on business, don't bother staying here. If you depend on internet or a hotel's business center, this isn't the place to stay! Internet crawls, printer looks about 10 years old and barely functions. (course if you know how to hold the paper "just right" you can get it to feed and possibly print something!)
Not my best experience for business travel!

me and my husband has been comming to this hotel for about 4 years the service from the help has always been outstanding housekeeping has always suited our needs lisa always takes care of us when we come they give us the same room everytime that we come we would deffinately recommend this hotel to other people and the breakfast bar i like there bisquits and gravy is the best

to great seafood place, and was very helpful at check in.

The TV was out of the 60's and not enough electric outlets. When my wife and I both have a PC and Phone and one camera to plug in, there are not enough outlets!!!!!

Stayed at this hotel during Biketoberfest 2012. The hotel was very neat and clean in all area's. The staff was friendly and very helpful to all of the riders as well as the other guest's. The hotel set up a bike wash in the back of the hotel to clean your bike before you went out on your ride everyday.
The location is close to Flagler Beach (4 miles east) as well as all of the festivities associated with Bikeweek (March) and Biketoberfest (October).Daytona is about 18 miles south and Ormond Beach is about 10 miles south. A great location for all sorts of visits to the surrounding area.
