Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Gaby, at the front desk, was extremely rude when presented with a problem. The hotel room was very nice. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and attractive. But the experience of having to deal with Gaby ruined the stay. December 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by One of many in the area This hotel is one of a number in the general vicinity in this resort area. We travel through the area frequently, often stopping over to visit friends and this was the one hotel we hadn't stayed at previously. We did not book ahead but knowing the time of year, did not anticipate any availability issues. We did, however, check rates for the hotels in the area on a travel website as we drove into town and the rate here was very competitive with the others nearby so we decided to try it. This hotel was very disappointing - the rooms were very small and dated, the bathroom facilities were quite cramped. This is not at all what we expected from an IHG hotel member. In addition, when I got our bill in the morning, the rate was higher than had been posted on the internet but we were leaving quite early and the clerk on duty said she couldn't do anything about it. I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. December 18, 2014
