Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my stay June 22 - 26 The overall appearance of the hotel was great. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. One complaint is about the pillows...even the 'firm' ones weren't. But this is a problem in just about every hotel I stay in, no matter the chain! The one complaint I had, which I have emailed them about, was the fact that my personal credit card was used for the room when it was NOT presented at check-in. It was not noticed until after I left and the transaction has already posted, but it should NOT have happened. I've stayed at this hotel before (two or three other times), so I had prior knowledge of the property and the staff...I would recommend this hotel to others travelling in this area. June 30, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast always waiting The holiday inn express is what you find anywhere. The exception I found with this one was breakfast. I stayed for 2 days and went down for breakfast from 0600-0630. This is a busy place due to the oilfield. 1st day had to wait on eggs and sausage. Never saw bisquits or gravy. 2nd day had bisquits and gravy, no eggs. June 20, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pampa HIE This stay started off wrong. As a platinum member, I requested a late check-out and the answer was absolutely not. They were totally booked and that ws the reason I was given. They couldn't even find my reservation initially. I arrived at 11:00 PM. The quality of the room was fair. Overall, I was not impressed with this property. March 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Impressive service for Wyatt Lemons funeral attendees We knew we would be coming back to the Holiday Inn Express in Pampa for my dad's funeral, having had such a great experience a year and a half ago during my mom's funeral. I reserved a number of rooms for the family members coming in from Dallas, Austin and Fort Worth and all were amazed at how great the service at your property was, from the manager down to the cleaning ladies.
