Yet another pleasant stay. Staff brilliant, restaurant and food quite good. Reasonably clean. Only one drawback: the beds are SO hard for our poor old bones. Will always choose this hotel group as we travel from England to Spain by car. We just wish there was one in Tours, France as we could be more certain of quality, hygiene and service.
One suggestion: how about considering putting a one-way mirror instead of the obscure glass panel on the dividing wall between the bathroom and the bedroom so that us ladies could see the back of our hair when using the hair-drier - it is so difficult to see how we look from behind - and it would also mean that privacy in the bathroom would be Improved!!!!

We have stayed here several times on route from UK to Spain and the standard is always good.and the staff welcoming.
A couple of things that let it down are that you only provide one pillow per person and they are also quite thin at least two each would be good and also you do not provide ordinary tea for breakfast only speciality teas even though the tea bag stand shows Hornimans Classic Te there is never any there

confortable and quiet hotel. Free WIFI. All employees were very friendly and helpful.
For business it is a good place with good road interconnections but not for making turism inside Pamplona
I have doubts about the sound insulation between rooms and corridor if a Bus with a lot of people arrive late or left the hotel early.
But the value Price Quality is very good.

A very comfortable hotel with polite and friendly staff in a city that is really interesting. Lots of good restaurants too. There is a supermarket opposite, which can come in handy for a necessary purchase. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely return if in the area.

I stay at Holiday Inn hotels because we have a good idea it will be clean and comfortable with wifi, breakfast and parking included in the price. We do't stay at Holiday Inns that charge for wifi, breakfast and parking...so out of 40 days in Dubai, France and Spain this trip, we only stayed in Holiday Inn four nights, but we tried them every time we booked (its my favourite hotel, but I won't pay for internet). Another hotel website provided most of the hotels we used this trip.,, and we chose all the hotels according to free internet (like water and should not be charged extra!). Madrid we could have stayed in Holiday Inn six nights but never had one night! Regarding Pomploma, this was the second time in two years we stared there and it was good value! Clean, comfortable, breakfast, internet, parking and friendly staff i addition to a nice clean room, with CNN and we saw the white smoke before Pope Francis emerged!

Excellent service. Super nice room, neat and really new.
Pretty value including huge variety of breakfast.
Not close to downtown, but really easy to reach by car.
Very close to the university area.

A typical HI Express hotel on the outskirts of Pamplona. Although in an industrial estate, it is right at the edge and very quiet. Plenty of parking and easy access to the motorway ring road.
The hotel has a mini food menu and there is a local Chinese buffet and McDonalds. There is also a large supermarket nearby.
Breakfast is a good spread - but lacks a hot food choice. (Only warm Spanish Tortilla,)
A recurring problem (twice) has been a smoke smell in the (non-smoking) rooms. This time, we even found a lighter left by a previous guest (as well as some of their toiletries!). On both occasions we were given another room without fuss.
The air-conditioning has also been variable. This time, not efficient enough for us. Despite being on high fan all night, it was still 25 degC in the morning. We had even kept the window closed thinking it would improve the aircon efficiency.
The staff are always friendly and their English is far better than my Spanish!
