Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay in while in Paragould I love this hotel! Every one is so friendly and there to help. Rooms are clean, beds are extremely comfortable and the internet works as it should. The only reason I couldn't give this hotel excellent is because of one of the women that does the breakfast. I saw two while I was there and one of them was excepsonel and the other gave you the impression that she hated having to be there and believe me it showed. It wasn't just me, there were several other people talking about her. When she was working the coffee was empty /cold, creamer wasn't she out, half and half empty, late putting out breakfast. Everybody was as sitting around looking at their watches waiting for breakfast so they could go to work. It's bad enough that they make you wait until 6:30 for breakfast so to always make people wait even longer is ridiculous!!! Don't take this wrong because I'm not a tiny person so I don't mean anything by what I'm fixing to say but this is the only way I can say it since I don't have names. The larger young woman was the exceptional server. She was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to help. She tracked down the little tubs of regular creamer and breakfast was on time if not early!!!! If anything, she deserves a raise for having to work behind the other young woman which was the smaller of the two. From what I saw, she had to get everything caught back up to make up for the other woman. Thank you to the one lady that made our mornings when she was working!!!!! December 14, 2014

We were looking for a clean place to stay. We will continue to make our over night stays at the Holiday Inn Express as long as we find our room clean. The parking lot and entrance were well lit also.
