This hotel is really comfortable, i know this is express but this has variety in the breakfast with local dishes. People is really kind and nice.

I've been staying here since April 2013 because of the project the company I work for has been extended.
So I practically lived there since that date and the down size of styaing here are:
- Terrible restaurant service.
- Poor variety of breakfast options.
- Incredibly slow internet.
- The worst thing is that since I practically live here I have to use the laundry service a lot. In this period of time they have lost or misplaced: 3 pair of socks and 1jeans (yeah, incredible how do you loose some jeans.)
- If there would be any other choice to stay in this city I would take it, however this is the best option here.

Unfortunately they do not treat Priority Club members any different than anyone else at this hotel. It's the only name brand hotel in town, that's why it is always busy. If someone were to open another hotel here, I'm sure everyone would stay there. If you are going to stay here - do not stay in Rm 314 as all you hear is the sound of people running on the treadmill, don't stay in Room 401 because the wifi does not work.

Great service ande comfortable place, but few rooms, is dificult to get a reservation.

Reception staff is really good. Help in any way possible. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only negitive comment is that there should be a refrigerator and microwave in ALL ROOMS.

In this Hotel you guys offer the less service about other hotels of Holliday Inn in Mexico, is a very basic service even being a priority club member, you should standirize all services to the same level.

The hotel, although new, already feels old. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, and the internet is painfully slow. Very poor value, but the only Holiday Inn in the area.
