Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff needs more training Staff needs more training, this comment is focus to receptionists, they don't know basic things like local calls cost (local calls are charged??, how to generate a bill and so on. For me would be better to have a smile when a guest arrives to the hotel to check in. No room service till 5pm??... Regards!!! October 27, 2014
