A pesar de la sustancial mejora en mi habitación que ahora me otorgaron frigobar y microwave, (Agradezco la distinción), el personal de restaurant mucho mas atento que antes pero el aire acondicionado no funciono bien (Room # 410), y cuando realice checkout, en recepcion pedi el servicio de transporte ya que mi trasporte de taxi después de esperar por 20 minutos no llegaba, me dijeron que no estaba el conductor a pesar que el vehiculo del hotel se hallaba estacionado frente al lobby. Tuve que esperar mi transporte y se me hizo tarde. February 19, 2014

Me encantó el hotel, en cuanto a la habitación realmente es muy comoda y se encontraba bastante limpia. Sin duda alguna, el hotel hizo que mi estancia por trabajo fuera más agradable. La comida es deliciosa, pero si se trata de pedir servicio a la habitación se vuelve pésimo el room service pues la espera se vuelve horas o no tienen lo que uno pide, ni se preocupan por sugerir algo similar a lo que uno solicita aún cuando se le dice que no se tiene la carta en la habitación. A mediodia solo se tiene Buffet lo cual si se pide para llevar resulta costoso por ser insuficiente. El Gym es cerrado y pequeño, el olor a sudor que se encierra lo vuelve desagradable, creo que es un error de diseño pues no cuenta con ventilación. En lo demás esta bien. December 28, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor service I've been staying here since April 2013 because of the project the company I work for has been extended. So I practically lived there since that date and the down size of styaing here are: - Terrible restaurant service. - Poor variety of breakfast options. - Incredibly slow internet. - The worst thing is that since I practically live here I have to use the laundry service a lot. In this period of time they have lost or misplaced: 3 pair of socks and 1jeans (yeah, incredible how do you loose some jeans.) - If there would be any other choice to stay in this city I would take it, however this is the best option here. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Someone needs to let them know about the Priority Club Unfortunately they do not treat Priority Club members any different than anyone else at this hotel. It's the only name brand hotel in town, that's why it is always busy. If someone were to open another hotel here, I'm sure everyone would stay there. If you are going to stay here - do not stay in Rm 314 as all you hear is the sound of people running on the treadmill, don't stay in Room 401 because the wifi does not work. October 14, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and good reception staff. Reception staff is really good. Help in any way possible. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only negitive comment is that there should be a refrigerator and microwave in ALL ROOMS. January 17, 2013
