Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by tough location My main concern staying at this hotel is the location and the tough pulling in and out of the lot. So when staying here I often get take out and do not leave teh room as I am concered with issue. December 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room 130 avoid this room. we thought there were noisy guest above us. You get woken up everv morning at 7.45 am, like a herd of elephants. One night is was 11.30 pm. So, seventh day into the stay I went upstairs only to discover that the housekeeping room was above. After complaining it quite it down. They roll out all the laundry and refuse bins, Breakfast is fair. Would I stay here again, ehhh I doubt it. The Beds are way too high................ 1/2 a mile to get to the breakfast area' dissapointing December 14, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel in need of attention We booked a handicap room with a roll in shower. I called 2 times to make sure they had this correct. We arrived late and were told they didn't have a handicap room. We would have to stay in a regular room and they would clean the handicap room first thing in the morning so we could move. That night I tried to shower. The water never got hot. When I complained, I was told most people shower in the morning. They said to leave the water running for 10 minutes. It had run or more than that. They did get the room cleaned early and we moved. Two days later, I went to shower the handicap person. Had them in the shower to find out there was NO water. They never notified the guest they were turning off the water. We were told it would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later we got water. Needless to say I had to redress the handicap person while we waited on the water. That night I tried to get hot water again. I left the water run for over 30 minutes and it never got hot. What a waste of water and time. This place needs to have the carpet replaced in the rooms and a full overhaul. We did receive a one night credit after complaining but really the whole stay should of been credited. We will never return to this hotel November 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort with a smile. I have been staying at this particular Holiday Inn Express now for four years when I travel. The things that keep bringing me back are the friendly staff, right from the management to the cleaning crew, the comfortable accommodations and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The smell of fresh buttered popcorn available in the lobby runs a close second to all the other reasons I keep returning to this friendly spot away from home. November 24, 2014
