The Front Desk Staff were very helpful and arranged car service in the morning. The Bed was so comfy, I wanted to stay in it forever. The bathroom was clean and looked like it came out of a magazine. The room quite. The airconditioner unti was quite and kept the room at a perfect temperture. October 14, 2014

This did not compare to those, hotel room was rather dreary and lacked color, needs brightening up. Other wise amenities offered were only average. October 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay in Paramus Well-located. Extremely close to many shops and restaurants. Clean very comfortable room. You can control your own heat and air conditioning. Free local (201) calls. Friendly helpful staff who are very welcoming when you check-in. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Since my last stay, they have added an elevator so it is easier to bring up your things if your room is on the 2nd floor. Great value for the price. Very highly recommended. October 9, 2014

Payal assisted me with answering all my questions, and I wasn't aware of all the points I had and she let me know that I had enough points for six nights. I had booked two rooms, so the free room was given to my son and his family. I'm all thumbs when it comes to connecting to wifi and every night I would go to the front desk for assistance, they were always pleasant and connected my kindle for me. I don't remember all the names that I interacted with at the front desk but they were a great team and always professional and helpful. My husband is in a wheelchair and they offered to help get him in and out of the hotel and seemed concerned about his safety. Thank you to this wonderful staff for making our stay a beautiful experience. September 19, 2014
