Runs differently than other Holiday Inn Express quality by the fact that the staff is not as helpful, courteous, and interested in your business as other locations. Fortunately, the room is comfortable but there's no other recognition for you as a customer or a Priority Club member, even if you are Platinum. Would be my last choice if there were no other locations to stay.

As a platinum number, upon arrival, even after asking, the hotel does not provide a free bottle of water nor a drink voucher. The most unpleasant thing is the rudness of the staff at breakfast.
On Oct. 13th morning, I arrived at 11:20am (the buffet closes at 11:30am), first I was asked to move my food to another table since I was choosing a 'four-person' table rather than a 'two person' table. Then I notice the crossiant are gone and ask the lady, she said no more food will be brought out. Then I took two apples and place on my table planning to eat them last. Then the staff came over, took one apple from the table and asked the neighbor guest to translate to me that I can not take two apples since she thinks I will not eat at the restaurant and will take it away. I insisted that I will need two apples and will eat at the breakfast. Then around 12:10pm, she came over and ask me to leave the area since they are closed, if I like to sit, I need to go to the lobby area. I have my dental braces on and I am a slow eater lately, I can not believe the staff treats guest like this. I reported to the front desk right away and also left my feedback form to them after checking out. I have asked priority club points compensation due to this incident and ask them to consider a better training for their employees. I left my email address, but I heard nothing back from them. This is the worst experience I ever had with Holiday Inn chain and I will definitely advise my friends and colleagues never stay at this hotel. I demand an answer from the management on the improvement actions they should have implemented on this incident. Thank you.

Dear Holiday Express Paris team, Thanks for all your efforts to make my stay the best however I have the follwoing comments: 1. My room was not ready at arrival dispite I reached at 2:00 P.M. 2. The flush in the toalite is not working properly.
3. The telephone line was not working properly.
4. The Shower is not working properly.
5. I was freezing in the room, the AC was not working properly took 5 hours to get the room heated.
6. Some one was digging at 5:00 A.M. beside my room. I think he was doing some mentainance for my adjecent room.
That was too much lower than my expectation. As I like your brand of hotels and more like the city of PARIS, Appreciate that you look into my notes above and try to fix them.

The internet in lobby and room is terrible slow. I called the reception for assitance, he told me " I don't know". I asked "you dont know what?" He answered " I don't know."
poor hotel and service. I will never choose this hotel any more.
