I had a wonderful experience here. I came in at 10 pm with a reservation and they were booked for what I asked for. They were so kind to accommodate me with an upgrade for the same price. It was a wonderful suite, and I truly thank them for the fabulous hospitality given.

Very easy place to get to, and after a long day of customer calls and driving that was a welcome sight. Found it to be nice and clean with a warm hospitable staff. A very nice place to stay

I was here for a week on business, and I was very happy with the stay. Bed was very comfortable and my room was nice and clean. Down turn was the continental breakfast got old after a few days of basically the same thing every day. But I shouldn't complain because it was included in the price.

I grew up in Paris and usually go back a couple of times a year to visit my family. I have stayed in various hotels over the years in Paris and this was by far the best stay I have had. The rooms were great and the staff was very friendly. I will be back soon!

the staff at this Holiday Inn was exceptional as usual, as I have stayed here many times in the past, and recently returned for another business trip.
Tammy was very welcoming, she was very helpful, and enjoyed seeing her again.
I was a day sleeper, and they did a great job as far as accomodating my needs accordingly.
the room was great, I wish all Holiday Inn Expresses had reridgerators, as that is one requirement I need when I travel for work on extended business trips.
great job again to the staff at HI-E, will see you again in the future!

After staying in a competitors hotel for our trip about a month ago, it was sheer joy to experience the Holiday Inn Express in Paris, TX. The staff was very helpful and the room awesome - clean, up to date, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as well; not only did they offer a variety every morning, but also changed the main hot menu each day. Fantastic! Thank you for having a "REAL" breakfast and not just waffles. The location was central for all our needs and I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Paris, TX.

I am a priority Club member and try to use the Holiday Inn Chain whenever possible. This is the first time that I haven't been pleased with a facility. I stayed here for two nights due to being in town for a wedding.
When I left the hotel in the morning I passed the cleaning crew and even chatted with one of the personel. I was gone until six o'clock when I returned to change from the wedding. The room hadn't been cleaned or restocked. I went to the front desk and asked if the room would be cleaned, as I was going to the reception and wouldn't be back until later. The receptionist said that there wasn't anything they could do as the cleaning crew was gone. I asked if I could at least get clean towels and she said that they would have some put in the room.
When I returned I noticed that there were 4 bath mats left in the room, no towels.
Being it was so late in the day, I figured I'd talk to someone when I checked out. When I checked out, the young lady barely acknowledged me, never asked how my stay was, and didn't even thank me, I did say YOUR WELCOME though.
There are many hotels in this area, that I'm sure care more about their customers than this one. You may want to look into another facility!

In my last several stays at this hotel in paris, TX, I have had a lot of trouble accessing the WIFI and, once connected, I've experienced extremely slow speeds. The Staff acknowledged they had a problem occasionally, but could only offer a re-boot of the modem as a solution.
