Only complaint would be that the internet service is very inconsistent. Very good and fast one day, and either extremely slow or inoperable the next.
Also, the ice machine has been out of service for 6 months!

The internet has been poor at this location since the beginning of the year, and they do nothing to fix the problem.
The ice machine has been broken since Oct 2012 and they will not fix it. Some of us have poor joints that require ice. Ice is not a simple nicety, but a must for some of us.

The internet did not work for room 215 during the entire week. I informed the front desk every morning and every evening. They repeatedly told me that another company provided the internet service and there was nothing they could do. I'm the project manager for an IT project in the Parma area, and if this happens one more time I will no longer let my team stay at Holiday Inn.
The ice machine has been broken since Oct 2012. We ask when it will be fixed and the front desk says they are waiting for a part from Finland. As an athlete I need to ice my joints, and this service is very poor service.

Stayed twice, in December and Jan for an IT Project.
the rooms are smart, well appointed and have a modern feel plus they are spacious - unusual for a hotel of this type.
The bed is comfortable and the staff are pleasant and friendly.
The food in the restaurant is delicious but the breakfast selection is a little biased towards "sweets" not "savouries" for my English taste, Scrambled egg was the only item served warm.
My only issue was on one occasion, sleeping off a night time project the cleaning staff were very loud and disturbed my sleep but a call to reception fixed this.
There is a tiny gym and no pool but I would stay here again.
