Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good service and accommodations We had a good stay. The special part of the staff was that of a phone call after we left about a bag that had been left behind. The staff took the bag to the airport for us the next day so we didn't have to find a way to the hotel to get it. That's is going the extra mile. Thanks. John May 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay for business or pleasure. Although not so impressive from the street, once in the complex it is a different view. Nice trees, well maintained lot and building. The interior is fresh and clean. Most importantly, the staff does a wonderful job of taking great care of you, from the front desk, the breakfast staff, housekeeping and maintenance. Every is very polite, attentive and easy to get in touch with. If you need anything, it is done. The breakfast serving staff does a tremendous job, never have to wait for any food item, they keep it rolling. And the are extremely courteous and friendly. Thanks for everything. April 23, 2013

The room was beautiful; however... a water line in the wall next to the bed sounded like a jet taking off whenever a bathroom faucet was turned on in our room or the one above. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bring your ear plugs and your own Splenda/Stevia The property itself is very nice but the walls are paper-thin. The very LOUD non-english speaking staff start clunking their carts around and chattering about 6:30 am. You would think they would have a clue that most people there are vacationing and would like to sleep in. They should keep it quiet until at least 9am. The other thing is that if you don't like the gross taste of sacarin (I thought this went out in the 90's) bring your own Splenda for the coffee. April 11, 2013

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 37th anniversary with a trip out of town and had a complimentary room certificate to this hotel. When I called to make reservations, I was put on hold for a moment and when the representative came back on she not only had made our reservation- but had up-graded it to a mini-suite!!!!! How very kind of the management of this hotel to do this for us. It was VERY comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, plenty of nearby places to eat and, of course, their breakfast menu is great. I would defintely stay here again and recommend it to all. March 29, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by If you want good TV avoid this place. The tv connection is so slow you can take a shower while you wait for the channel to change. Seriously, it is so slow as to make tv not an option here. The place is ok but in the off season there are many other choices of better value in Pasa Robles. March 16, 2013
