Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One night at the Paso Robles Holida Inn Express Our Holiday Inn stay was excellent . . . . much better than anticipated. We called the hotel directly to book our room and the person we talked to coldn't have been nicer. Clean room and bathroom, pet friendly (our dog was allowed), comfortable bed, an amazing included breakfast with a a very attentive and pleasant staff. One problem on the premises was that wake-up call we asked for didn't happen. Everything else was great, but when we got home we found a few fleas on our dog for the first time in her life and we suspect it was from our stay. NOTE: We did not see or experience any fleas during our stay, so we could be very wrong. December 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel, but very poor WiFi Very good hotel with excellent service, rooms, breakfast, and swimming pool. However, the WiFi reception in this hotel has to be the worst of any Holiday Inn I've stayed at - it was pretty much non-existent In my room (3rd floor) and in my friend's room (2nd floor)...that is very hard to do and just points to a very poor Wifi network. And yes, I did bring this up to the front desk, but nothing happened. December 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room and great indoor pool! When we first came to the hotel, I was a bit disappointed that we were not greeted by the hotel personnel. She was working on her computer, but could have at least acknowledged our presence. Our room was great, we were in a suite with a living area, and kitchenette, which was beyond our expectations. The pool was great and the breakfast in the morning was a nice start to the day! November 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great except meeting room took up the parking I would stay again unless you have meetings down stairs at the same time. As a guest I expect priority on convenient parking for unloading car. Staff was great but was double charged for pet. Check out staff spotted and fixed it. November 24, 2014
