Really nice staff, very helpful with insight on what to expect travel wise when i departed the next morning for Wyoming with snow expected in the mountains etc . Other hotels have much better, I know, quit whining. But you asked. Okay for business, but would probably stay elsewhere for vacation December 31, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Impressions It was a bit late in the evening as we began our trip later in the day from Iowa. The young male clerk was right there and greeted me with a smile. He knew we were rewards member, but not sure what level. We do not travel extensively, but liked this acknowledgement. He gave me the internet code and told me to enjoy a free complimentary copy of the USA Today newspaper as a HIE member. The beds were comfortable, room cleaned and noise level perfect. We enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. Pancakes were OK as were the eggs. Nice to have fresh fruit and the cinnamon rolls were very tasty.. December 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by wait to stay here intill the construction is done This hotel might be a nice place to stay after the updating is done. I stayed here thinking I would get the same quality of service as most holiday inns, but sadly I was very wrong. I checked in late and planned to sleep in a bit. My room was on the second floor. That I found out in the morning at 0700 was under construction. I awoke to the gentle sound of hammers, drills, and heavy equipment backup alarms. the maid staff is very considerate though, despite the do not disturb sign on my door she knocked and said "housekeeping" when I answered the door she said she just wanted to make sure I was still in the room.at this point I gave up on trying to rest. when I went to the front desk to complain the front desk clerks response was "hmmm that shouldn't have happened". the manager said he was sorry but did not even adjust the bill.so in closing I would say stay in another hotel in this town you'll get better rest and treatment December 21, 2015

The internet is always extremely slow so if speedy internet is important to you...you might be disappointed. The breakfast has always been good but there seems to have been changes. I was there for two days and the OJ was undrinkable as it was very watery, not much was stocked and cleanliness was lacking. But then the girl working there was always busy gossiping with other workers. The regular kitchen lady was not there.........I hope she comes back before my next visit, or it will be my last. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value! For being a mid-range type hotel I had zero issues with the condition of this hotel! Everything in the room worked correctly. The staff cheerfully answered any questions I had and even added additional valuable input! There were no negatives. My stays at other hotels this past summer were gloomy with less than helpful staff! This IHG hotel stay made a little happier about traveling for work! Thank you October 30, 2015
