Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value! For being a mid-range type hotel I had zero issues with the condition of this hotel! Everything in the room worked correctly. The staff cheerfully answered any questions I had and even added additional valuable input! There were no negatives. My stays at other hotels this past summer were gloomy with less than helpful staff! This IHG hotel stay made a little happier about traveling for work! Thank you October 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Revenue more important than hospitality guarantee I was not greeted as an IHG rewards member, offered a welcome amenity or room upgrade. I experienced a problem during the stay and after checkout. Hotel management was unresponsive. I’ve not received a satisfactory resolution. I would recommend avoiding this particular hotel, if possible. October 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely dissatisfied with overall experience I’m an incensed patron of this hotel and dismayed by the egregious falsehoods told by the management and his or her staff in an effort to justify an erroneous charge, placing generating revenues before guest satisfaction, at this particular property. Specifically, regarding a recent rewards night stay at this property and subsequent unsuccessful attempts to contact the hotel directly with reference to a contested late checkout charge which resulted in an unauthorized additional full room night charge, plus tax, to the credit-card they had on folios for incidentals. Despite the fact that I’ve disputed the exact time the room was vacated and the management has told multiple versions of events, often conflicting, contradictory, calling into question the reliability of their judgment on determining the exact timeframe of events. I was unaware that a late checkout would become such an issue, nor was I provided with a receipt or explanation on the managements’ unilateral decision to charge me an additional full night rate for departing after, ‘normal,’ checkout hours; or how they determined, to such a precious time, when I left the property after utilizing, ‘express,’ checkout.
