For just over a hundred dollars we received a room that was far above the usual hundred dollar a night stay. An excellent room with a breakfast that exceeded what you might receive at comparable hotels. April 9, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy i don't want this posted, but you should look into this location. lobby and elevators were dirty, elevator had sun flower seeds all over the floor. Saturday night and Sunday morning. At breakfast both Sunday and Monday morning most of the milk was spoiled. We told the breakfast person and she returned with a case of milk, she tried it and it was also spoiled. my room was 1/2 cleaned. towels removed and not replaced, bed not made-up. The room rate changed after check-in, i would have assumed he would have said something at check-in. this is the 2nd time i have stayed at this location, next week when i am back in Pearl, MS i want stay at this location. i will be getting 2 rooms for 14 nights somewhere else. The gentleman and Lady attending the desk the night of my check in were the friendliest and most accommodating that I have dealt with at a motel in a long time. Very impressed with them overall. The rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. Very relaxing. This is my first time for taking the time to write a review. This staff deserved a great write-up. March 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Stay The clerk who check me in didn't acknowledge my IHG Reward Member. She was very short and not personable at all. The other clerk, Brad is very helpful, accommodating and always willing to assist and make transactions as smooth as possible. Bathroom (Tub) wasn't clean upon my arrival. The above problems are not normal for this property but should be addressed. I stay at another HIE not too far from this one and ALL of the personnel make the guest feel like family and feel at home. I answered yes on recommending this property but only if issues are resolved. March 11, 2015
