Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff When I arrived at the hotel, the young man at the desk (Maybe Brandt?) was so helpful with local places to eat and a nearby pharmacy. I had to ask him to repeat a couple of the places when I actually got ready to go and he was patient and kind. The shuttle driver picked me up at the airport so I could turn in my car early and picked me up again the next morning to go for my flight. When I saw the traffic on the highway, I was concerned it would bother my sleep but my room was extremely comfortable. Thanks to all. I recommend to others leaving from Jackson airport to give this hotel a try! February 17, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No shower current or management I am a Holiday Inn Express loyalist and have had ALL good experiences until I arrived in Jackson. The hotel appeared to be new renovated which was great and my stay was only to be about 6 hours so I assumed nothing could really go wrong until 5 am when I was going to take a shower. There was no shower curtain! This is something that I never think I need to check the night before. After taking my first quick tub, something I hadn't done in decades I promptly checked out to rush off to the airport. When checking out I tried to simply let them know so that the next guest would have a better experience. The front desk clerk really DID NOT CARE! And management was nowhere to be found. I will now ALWAYS look for a shower curtain in advance... January 20, 2015
