I would suggest that I should have been offered a change to another room BUT the offer never took place and I had The poor reaction by the housekeeping staff was inexcusable. The lack of follow-up by the desk clerk UNTIL I brought it to his attention a second time was troubling. I felt like I should have received a follow-up from the senior management of the hotel but it never came so it's obvious that the clerk never took the time to tell anyone about what happened, The 2nd and 3rd night I was there was better, although the housekeeping left something to be desired. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. This a beautiful motel. The rooms are wonderfully designed (no cheesy bedspreads to hide who knows what) and first class comfort. Although there was a water main issue right at first, maintenance was diligent to restore service. November 5, 2014
