Considering their was a delicate anniversary on the horizon, I felt very happy to be in such a beautiful room with no disturbances.

I opted for my family to stay at this hotel for the 4th of July weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was a very poor decision. The hotel is beautiful but the customer service of the front desk associates needs a serious adjustment. The front desk associates are very rude, and unprofessional. We did not feel welcomed at all from the time we checked in until the day we all checked out. There were so many terrible experiences I will name only a few: 1. There were attitudes from the staff when inquiring about matters such as a tv in one of the rooms not working or when asking for additional keys to rooms, 2. I was told to keep my family together as if we were a pack of animals and we were only in the hotel only about 10% of our stay there (when sleeping) so if they saw a lot of people walking around (which I don't see as a problem) it wouldn't have been my family 3. a male friend was provided a key to my room and the associate did not even check the system to see if his name was on the reservation (then to find out later it was a manager that did this), 4. I checked in (3) rooms within 2 days and the same associate decided (after 3 check ins) it was important since she was having a bad day to ask for my government ID as a way to turn us around after providing me keys to 3 rooms and not asking for it before....
There were so many issues with the customer service on so many levels. The staff could definitely use some friendliness and guest customer service training to make this hotel better!

The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the guest rooms. Internet was complimentary and work fast and reliable. Two draw backs, the elevator was kind of slow and the drainage in the bathtub during and after a shower was extremely slow. Aside from these minor issues the hotel was very enjoyable to stay.

My partner and I were very impressed with the overall stay and the attentiveness of the staff. The pool area was wonderful..very clean. We had clean towels waiting on the outside for guests. The breakfast is off the chain with several varieties of food..This is a full pledge breakfast. The atmosphere of the dinning area is well lit and clean. The smell of the hotel is extremely pleasant.. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Customer Service was not great. My tv did not work, my phone did not work to call them, my keys did not work, got locked out when I went to pool. As a IHG member, She did not ask me if I wanted a gift or points. Not very professional.

The bed was very comfortable, we slept great. I love that there were Bath and Body products provided. We find Holiday Inns to be clean and staffed with great people!
