Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor front desk service I recently stayed at this location on business for the State of Texas. Upon check in I informed the hotel front desk staff that me and my coworker are required by the state to split the room cost, and that we would like to charge two state of Texas credit cards for the room. The front desk clerk stated that our request could be accommodated upon check out in the morning. When we were ready to check out we informed the female clerk that we need the room cost split, and she rudely replied that the credit card on file had already been charged and if I needed to split the room cost, then that was a problem that I had to take up with my co-worker. The woman was extremely rude and has no business in customer service. I will never stay at this location again. November 24, 2014

I would suggest that I should have been offered a change to another room BUT the offer never took place and I had The poor reaction by the housekeeping staff was inexcusable. The lack of follow-up by the desk clerk UNTIL I brought it to his attention a second time was troubling. I felt like I should have received a follow-up from the senior management of the hotel but it never came so it's obvious that the clerk never took the time to tell anyone about what happened, The 2nd and 3rd night I was there was better, although the housekeeping left something to be desired.
