We were staying with a group for the Livestock show at Houston and enjoyed our stay every night. Breakfast was good as always and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Stayed here 2 nights. Got in very late the first night and they had paperwork ready so check in took seconds. All staff very nice, polite. Standard HIX breakfast. Room very nice, good bed, good shower. Only issue was finding the place. GPS kept on taking me on to the main road instead of the side road that the hotel is on, which was a one way. So ended up going around the BIG block to get back to the road. A sign is needed at the end of the road.

Staff was rude and inattentive to our needs. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights each but would have moved if there was availabilty in the area. Not one employee ever thanked me for the business. The night person was rude on the phone and worse in person. Our rooms did not get cleaned one day of our stay, when we mentioned this no apology was given or action taken to remedy the situation. We were told we could come get more towels after we asked! The check out clerk said "ok" when the bills were signed. Pitiful customer service!

Slept very good - beds were comfy..4 pillows - they are small but comfy. So if you like big pillows - bring your own!

Always look forward to staying at this location. I know the service will be beyond expectations and the room will be clean, every single time. The entire staff makes your stay comfortable and will keep you coming back to this location. I travel throughout Texas and this location knows CUSTOMER SERVICE, hands down! Front staff recognizes the Priority Club Members & remembers the name.

Came to Houston for a concert at the Toyota Center. Even trying a month in advance to get a room anywhere within 5 miles of the center they were all quite pricey. Nearly about to give up I scrolled way down the page and spotted this little jewel. It's on the same highway as the Toyota center. It takes the same amount of time to drive out to here as it does to fight downtown traffic then park in a hotel garage.
Same Holiday Inn Express quality at ** HALF ** the price of downtown. SUPER quiet, easy on and off. Normal parking lot and you can see your car from your room window. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The building is only a couple years old so everything works and looks pretty new. The A/C worked very well using a window unit with regular thermostat on the wall. This is not a cool or fun place to stay- there is zero atmosphere and nothing to look at out your window except miles of undeveloped land-- but it is QUIET, clean and well-maintained.
Don't let the distance or the feeling that its "out in the boonies" scare you away from staying at this location. It only looks far on a map. I will definitely stay here again.

I always have a great time staying here. I usually stay no more than 8 hours but every time I come there I am always greeted with a smile and professional service! Keep up the great work Holiday Inn Pearland!!!!

My family has stayed here about 3 times in the past 2 months, due to my surgery at M D Anderson. After one day in the hospital, I came back to a fantastic quite room, and great service to rest before I returned back to Baton Rouge, LA.. This hotel is not to close to MDAnderson, but it's worth the 12 miles of interstate. We go back here many more times.

The room telephone did not word.
the breakfast on the coldest days had no coco or grits as normal yoggard did not exist. during the 4 days i was there. When I arrived the mormal Priorty club members packs were not offered.

We stay a holiday inn express in a number of towns. We have given this hotel 3 trys as it is close to family.Slamming doors and pounding feet seem in the same room with you. We arrived
after midnight ,checked in, and went to our room. There was hair in the bathtub,clothes tags on the floor, and the lotion bottle was half full. Will never stay there again.

I was not expecting such a nice property. It appeared to be brand new. The location is very accessible from 288 and the Beltway. My room was IMMACULATE! I didn't see as much as a piece of dust ANYWHERE. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a smile and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate me during my stay. I did not get to see the full breakfast. I woke up late.However, I was able to snag a few pieces of bacon, and it was DEELISH!!!They also have a really cool snack bar! Denise rocks!

My daughter and I wanted to stay two nights and use my priority club points. The front desk could not handle this. When the reservation was made my husband made it clear that I would use points for one night and pay for the other. We had to make two different reservations. He also wanted to be sure that we would not have to change rooms. The front desk called my home after the first day to find out if we were checking out. Luckily my husband was home to get the call and explained the situation again. When I arrived back at the hotel that evening my key card did not work and I had to check in again that evening to get back in the room. This should have already been taken care of.
Later I went to the front desk to ask for a razor and without looking up the front desk attendant told us they were out.

This was a very nice location for us because we have family living in that sector of Houston and we did not have to bother with downtown traffic to get to and from their homes. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast menue and staff were excellent. We are glad that we were told about your location some weeks before we came to Houston, and we were fully satisfied with it in all respects.

The gentleman on duty the night we checked in was very professonal, knowledgable & friendly. Unfortunatly those at the front desk for every day & night after were lacking in what the first man shined at. Someone needs to retrain the rest of the staff on the front desk or get new people.
The cleaning staff was helpful & friendly. They are the ones most guest don't notice, we do!

Went for a wedding and was trying to find somethig close to the church and settled for this location.... thought I settled =D
It was very nice and the staff was hospitable. My KING size bed was fabulous. AND MOST importantly I was only 10 minutes from the church!

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, relaxing hotel, this is the one. New facility, easy highway access, plenty of places to eat and shop close by. Just south of downtown area.

We cam for our Anniversary weekend and just wanted to get away for a nice relaxing weekend. Hotel was wonderful! It is in a great location - just far enough from everything but still close enough to go and do some things we wanted to do. Staff was great, room was very comfortable and we had a great weekend!

The room was comfortable and clean but the WiFi was practically non-existent. The desk clerk contacted the provider but we still were unable to get connection. The breakfast variety was good and the staff was polite.
