Outstanding stay, great service with reliable front desk help. The internet worked very fast with even the amount of business that was being conducted at the time of my stay. And a great breakfast bar that was stocked with a fresh hot meal and cold juice or milk.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast selection was average but the bread was stale. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean.

Clean and comfortable with attractive décor.
Quiet other than occasional noise from nearby railroad tracks.
Very good breakfast buffet.
Service at front desk was spotty; my traveling companion had an issue that was not resolved, nor was there a good faith effort to do so.

Stay was 12-22 night. Welcome Back Points were stll not posted as of 12-26. Some hotels post points right away. A few hotels post points within a 24-hour window. This hotel still has not posted points after 4 days. Having to call the hotel or IHG to get points posted is POOR service and does not warrant a future stay consideration.
