Older property in an older and sort of industrial part of town. Friendly staff and very large room. Bed was not comfortable, luckily, I had two. Not far from airport and interstate.

the over all stay experience was ok. Had problem with check in it took almost 30 mins. The recptionist claimed it was some computer issue.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Overall hotel is a little dated than most expresses I have visited lately but overall good value for the money.

Courteous and friendly when arrived. Clean rooms and comfortable stay. Breakfast was awesome and food attendants very helpful.

Needed to stay close to Airport for an early morning flight. This hotel fit perfectly. Only 6 mile to rental car return and very comfortable.

From the moment of check in I had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. All electronics in the room worked well, the air conditioning and lighting were good. The staff was friendly, professional and professional. I would stay here again anytime and recommend it to others.

I have stayed here several time for business and have always felt safe and will continue to stay here. The staff is great and the room is comfortable. Bed is great.

Unfortunately, a smoker ignored the hotel's non-smoking policy. Also unfortunate, the hotel
was completely booked; thus, changing rooms wasn't an option. A perfumed spray was provided; but, as we all know, that isnt a fix---just a mask. No manager was available at checkin or first thing in the morning. I was told that by the front desk that the manager would call me that day. No one called. I contacted HIE customer service and was treated with prompt service and given a discount.
