My room was clean, the AC was cold, and my bed was just right! What else does anyone need? The next morning, I got a little workout in, then had breakfast. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service The staff, especially Ashley, was courteous and accommodating. On Saturday, the compressor in our room went out and it was 87° when it should've been 72°. Ashley promptly got maintenance to work on the faulty unit and went above and beyond to make sure our inconvenience was minimized. Instead of having to pack up, take everything downstairs to get keys, then head to a new room, she brought us a new key and was able to get us into the room next door. June 6, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Surprise Due to being remolding, It was a surprise. Workers were nice. I didn't mind any thing bad. Parking was hard. The young man at check-in was super nice and helpful. Currently undergoing renovation and will be further improved upon completion. Bed is too soft for my preference, but acceptable. Fresh, stylish linen, furnishings, drapes and carpeting. Keeps with the standards of the Holiday Inn Express brand. No traffic noise due to location and set-backs from streets. Well landscaped. June 1, 2016

The hotel was easy to get to, was clean (considering they were renovating the place to prepare for the Superbowl coming to town), and the breakfast was hotel and just as good as any other Holiday Inn I've stayed at.
