Room was great, but the girl that checked me in, was either not trained correctly or just did not care. Was not friendly and did not ask or mention that I am a club member. Also for breakfast, at 6:30 when I went down, the coffee was from the day before and cold ! They were not made fresh that morning !! And only half of the breakfast was prepaired !! This had to be the worst stay I ever had in any of the IHG places I have stayed at...

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only draw back was the price of the room. Hotels in this area are not worth what all the hotels are charging. Even with extra cost of ALL the hotels were over charging in this area, this hotel was still the best price for what you were getting. Highly recommend hotel & staff.

I enjoyed my stay and the rooms and service were great. I returned home and realized that I had left my Tablet in my room. I called and spoke to the desk clerk, she was sympathic and said she would let me know if the tablet was found.
I spoke to Anthony the manager the next day and he too said they would make an effort to locate it and get it back to me. Anthony called this morning to say they found my tablet and are sending it back to me.
I have been traveling for 26 years with my job and I try very had not to forget anything at the Hotel. It's really good to know that when you do forget something, that the hotel will work hard to get your possesions back to you.

Comfortable room. Will probably stay there again if I have business in the Pearsall area. People were friendly, and they tried to help.

My stay was very comfortable and couldn't ask for more friendly service. Although the wireless internet was slow my stay was still great.

The hotel was new and very clean. The only complaint is the breakfast SOS was warm, not hot, luke warm. I think the staff has not heard about food warmers.

My only significant complaint is that although I have used this property numerous times before and use IHG properties almost exclusively during all my business travel, it is the only IHG property where I have not been greeted as a Rewards Club member or offered the perks of participation. This might seem petty and minor but the earned benefits of loyalty to a specific Brand is why I choose IHG properties when I travel.
