I work in the oil feild, so being away from home and sleep at hotels become part of the life-style. I have stayed at this location for 5 nights so far with complete satisfaction. The staff is welcoming and the place is quite, the service is fast and the facility is always well maintained. I recommend this place.

Place must have gone up too fast. Plumbing is miss marked -> Cold is Hot and Hot is Cold. They also need to increase their Hot Water capability. It goes cold if you take a late shower in the AM.

The hotel was decent. However i was in room 114 and had to take a cold shower my first night there and the next morning. I called and reported the problem to the front desk. When i came back in that evening the manager called me and said they discovered the water lines were reversed so cold was hot and vice versa. When i turned on the cold water, it was hot as he advised. My problem with that is this was not a new issue and they should have labeled it correctly for other guests

My stay in Pearsall was great, this was the second time to stay there and it has been great both times... The young lady at the counter the night I arrived was outstanding in her task. After a long day it was nice to arrive to a smiling face who only wanted to make the stay the best possible. The entire staff gets 5 stars for there effort. See you in a few weeks again.

Great oasis in middle of no where! Restaurant right next door was fabulous too! Clean hotel, quiet, great breakfast, clean rooms. Kristy was great- we talked about how George Strait went to school here! :) I will dedintiely stay next year! One of the better HIE I have stayed in.

The general manager of the hotel, Andrew, is very personable and qualified to manage a quality establishment. Myself and my group have enjoyed our stay and would not choose to stay elsewhere mainly because of the Manager taking care of the day to day business that makes our lives easier. I would also like to commend one of the other staff members, Bryan. He is excellent at what he does and always seems to have a smile on his face and is extremely helpful in making our stay most enjoyable. We consider this location a home away from home. I would personally like to hire either one of these individuals and have them working in my company. They are a great asset when it comes to working with the public.
The only recommendation I could make; PLEASE provide a daily US Today newspaper. EVERY other Holiday Inn Location that I've stayed at over many, many years has provided this to those who are loyal customers. Why can't you do this at this particular location?

Have been staying for about 6 months, manager is very much always involved in everything and always making me as comfortable as possible. Always making sure I have everything I need. Front desk employees always smiling and getting my room for me.

Easy access off of Interstate 35. The general manager andrew was very friendly and greeted me when I arrived at the hotel, my check in was efficient, as was my check out.

Ok I travel a lot for work and Im a platinum member. So I stay at a lot of Holiday inns. This is a nice hotel. I have stayed here once before. This place is nice and I will stay there every time I travel to Pearsall. BUT what i will say is as nice as it appears its the little things they tend to forget. My first visit there I stood at the front desk for more then 10 mins with no one around. I called out "Hello" and no one was around. When your at the front desk you expect someone to always be there or at least close by. I witnessed this happen again when I was at the computer station another customer walked up and stood for 5 mins or more and no one was at the front desk. I have no idea where they go but they sure dont watch the front desk very close. On my second trip there. I had a chance to use the pool, well it appears that they do not pay much attention to it. It had paper in it and dirt. They need to hire a pool guy to at least look after it. So its not major stuff but its little things. Little details that go a long way. I dont want to be one of those guys that picks on every little thing. But I think these two little things could be addressed and it would make this place even better.

The manager of this facility is friendly, courteous and very customer oriented. Taking care of his customers is very important to him and I would recommend a stay here and if you do have a problem, he will take care of it.

The staff at the counter need more training.
The Breakfast was late and not complete.
I stay at many Holiday Inns and enjoy most of my stays.
I know this one is a fairly new one, I beleive it needs more training for the staff.
