Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable bed The bed was so saggy and even worse was the too small mattress pad that was plastic and kept bunching up under me all night. Finally got up in the middle of the night and pulled it off the bed. I understand sanitation but other IHG hotels manage with regular mattress pads, not ones that are used for children wetting the bed. The back of my bill asked me to talk to the manager if I was not happy. I would of when I checked out, but I stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes and no one was there, so I left the key without speaking to anyone. A good bed is a vital portion to making my stay pleasant. I hope they can fix the issue. December 14, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stunk We reserved a non-smoking room. It was on the 3 rd floor. The hallway had a stale cigarette stench. I hate the smell of cigarette smoke especially when we reserved a non smoking room, we expected the hall way not be foul smelling Very disappointed that there was Not an indoor pool, I don't know how you earned a 5 star rating. I only give you a 2 stars. Not impressed November 22, 2013
