Really a nice place to stop along the interstate. NIght Desk lady was exceptionally helpful. Would highly recommend. Pell City has a lot more to offer than what you see along the highway, Take time to go into town. The people are really friendly October 7, 2014

The only suggestion for improvement came from my grandchildren... they wanted the Disney channel or a more cartoon friendly selection of channels to watch. It was a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again! October 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff I was greeted at check in by a wonderful helpful lady. I believe Nicole was her name. She made sure that I knew all the details like the password, and things that were around the hotel. Since my trip was for business, the most important thing for me was the internet access. It was easy to connect and very fast. Upon check out the gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful, and offered a bottled water for the road since I was departing to early to eat breakfast. He also double checked to make sure I had received my receipt. I thought both of these were very nice gestures to make sure I was taken care of, even though I was departing. I use this hotel often, and will continue to do so. September 8, 2014
