Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay. This location was a very nice and clean hotel to stay at. We were in town on a school vist to Central College with my wife and son. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be planning on staying there many more times as I think my son will be going to school there at Central College. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok. All employees were nice. Bath tub did not drain and there was someone's hair in the shower other than mine. So cleanliness was not great. Didn't have hard boiled eggs for breakfast in fridge. Had to ask someone and it took him a few minutes to get them out. Seemed unprepared for breakfast. Employee the night I checked in was great and very helpful. No reward club recognition. January 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Finally a warm pool This was a wonderfully clean and friendly hotel. The pool and area was warm and we were able to enjoy as a family. So often the pools are freezing indoors even at Holiday Inns and this one was actually heated as was the room. Thank you!!! Now if only the rest of Holiday Inn could take the lesson! October 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay on Labor Day Weekend Overall, it was an excellent stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when asked. Room was clean and nice. The only challenge we faced was going to the pool on Sunday night they had to shut down the whirlpool because they could not regulate the temp and the chemicals. Also, there were no towels available in the pool due the high volume of children during the day. Otherwise, everything was good. September 6, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Facilities in most unique setting Bed was only so so in comfort but the room was clean and comfortable. Someone was smoking in the hotel that the smell was really bad in my room sitting at the desk up towards the door. The desk person came out and did a walk up and down the hall but nothing determined and the odor did subside. I really liked the setting for this hotel surrounded by homes and golf course. I arrived without realizing I had booked my room incorrectly for the next day. The clerk in charge said there was no problem. Switched the dates and got me the same room at the same rate. It was greatly appreciated. I plan on being back in Pella for business on a regular basis. This hotel will be my first choice. Thanks! September 1, 2013
