Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, no hot shower though The hotel staff was friendly, room was nice, food was good. The only complaint I have is that there was no hot water pressure on both visits to this hotel in February 2015. When I brought this concern to the hotel staff, I was told, "Wake up earlier if you want a hot shower. We have a lot of people staying here." So hotel guests need to adjust their schedule to accommodate for poor facilities?? Not a great experience. March 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn - Pella, IA This hotel is a bit off the main road. It is in a neighborhood. Perhaps that is why the hotel is so quiet. This is my second time staying here and I love it because the rooms are so quiet. The bed and pillows are great. No hassles, reliable internet, good breakfast. Close to the town. February 23, 2015

However, we were given a room on the first floor which was incredibly noisy from both the floor above and the hallway during the night. I would stay here again but would definitely be asking for a room on the third floor. The staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the average morning breakfast. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Service are top notch! The staff and service was so wonderful during my stay. I felt at home and very well cared for. What a joy! Comfortable beds, nice towels, hot shower, clean room, nice breakfast choices, inviting lobby and so much more. You really cannot get much better. Plus the town is adorable. The only thing that could be improved is the noisy heater. I tried to shut it off at night because it is very loud when it turns on/off all night long. February 5, 2015
